KPK Umumkan Tersangka Korupsi Dana CSR Bank Indonesia dan Segera Tahan 21 Tersangka Korupsi Dana Hibah Jatim
JAKARTA , JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengumumkan perkembangan signifikan terkait dua kasus korupsi besar yang tengah ditangani.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, pada Sabtu (2/8/2025) memastikan penetapan tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Bank Indonesia (BI) akan dilakukan pada bulan Agustus ini.

Asep Guntur Rahayu menegaskan kembali janji KPK untuk mengumumkan tersangka kasus korupsi dana CSR BI. “Iya, nanti di bulan Agustus,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta.

Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa pengumuman ini sejalan dengan komitmen yang pernah disampaikannya sebelumnya.
Sebelumnya, KPK telah melakukan serangkaian penyidikan, termasuk menggeledah beberapa lokasi penting. Pada 16 Desember 2024, penyidik menggeledah Gedung Bank Indonesia di Jakarta Pusat, diikuti dengan penggeledahan Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada 19 Desember 2024.
KPK juga telah memeriksa sejumlah saksi, termasuk anggota DPR RI Heri Gunawan dan Satori, untuk mengumpulkan alat bukti.

Selain itu, KPK juga memastikan akan segera melakukan upaya penahanan terhadap 21 tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan dana hibah di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur (Jatim) tahun anggaran 2021-2022.
“Sebentar lagi kami akan lakukan upaya paksa ya. Tim sudah ke Jawa Timur, kemudian juga sudah melakukan beberapa penyitaan,” kata Asep.
Salah satu tersangka yang menjadi sorotan adalah mantan Ketua DPRD Jatim, Kusnadi, yang sebelumnya batal ditahan pada 10 Juli 2025 karena alasan kesehatan.

Dari total 21 tersangka, empat orang ditetapkan sebagai penerima suap, yang terdiri dari tiga penyelenggara negara dan satu staf. Sementara itu, 17 orang lainnya ditetapkan sebagai pemberi suap, termasuk 15 pihak swasta dan dua penyelenggara negara.
Kasus ini berkaitan dengan pengucuran dana hibah yang terjadi di sekitar delapan kabupaten di Jawa Timur.
