BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat (Kejati Jabar), Dr. Hermon Dekristo, S.H., M.H., didampingi oleh Aspidum Kejati Jabar, Agus Setiadi, S.H., M.H., dan para Kasi pada Bidang Pidum, telah melaksanakan kegiatan permohonan Restorative Justice (RJ) secara daring (zoom meeting) dengan Direktur Tindak Pidana Terhadap Orang dan Harta Benda (OHARDA) pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pidana Umum (JAM Pidum), Zullikar Tanjung, S.H., M.H., pada hari Selasa, 10 November 2025.
Kegiatan yang bertempat di Ruang Adhyaksa I Kejati Jabar tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut dari komitmen Kejaksaan dalam mengedepankan asas kemanfaatan.
Perkara Narkotika Diselesaikan Melalui Keadilan Restoratif
Dalam acara tersebut, JAM Pidum telah menyetujui 1 (satu) Perkara Tindak Pidana Narkotika yang diajukan melalui mekanisme keadilan restoratif dari Kejaksaan Negeri Sumedang.
- Tersangka: JH dan UR.
- Pasal yang Disangkakan: Kesatu Pasal 112 Ayat (1) Jo. Pasal 132 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika atau Kedua Pasal 127 Ayat (1) huruf a Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana.
- Rekomendasi Restorative Justice: Program konseling rawat jalan dan rehabilitasi rawat inap di Balai Rehabilitasi Adhyaksa Cimaung Kabupaten Bandung selama 3 (tiga) bulan.
Penyelesaian perkara ini sejalan dengan amanat Jaksa Agung RI, ST Burhanuddin, yaitu “Tajam Keatas, Humanis Kebawah”, yang menekankan pentingnya aspek humanis dan keadilan yang memulihkan dalam penanganan perkara, terutama bagi para pengguna narkotika.
