JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) secara resmi melarang mantan Menteri Agama (Menag) Yaqut Cholil Qoumas untuk bepergian ke luar negeri.
Larangan ini juga berlaku untuk mantan staf khususnya, Ishfah Abidal Aziz, dan pemilik Maktour, Fuad Hasan Masyur. Pencegahan ini terkait dengan penyidikan perkara dugaan korupsi dalam pengelolaan kuota haji tahun 2023-2024.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, pada Selasa (12/8), menyampaikan bahwa saat ini tim penyidik sedang mendalami proses penerbitan Surat Keputusan (SK) mengenai kuota haji tambahan.

SK tersebut menjadi salah satu alat bukti penting dalam perkara yang sedang disidik oleh KPK.
“Kami telah mengirimkan surat ke Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM untuk pencegahan bepergian ke luar negeri terhadap tiga orang,” ujar Asep Guntur Rahayu.
“Langkah ini diambil untuk memastikan bahwa para pihak yang diduga terlibat tetap berada di dalam negeri dan kooperatif selama proses penyidikan berjalan.”

Penyidikan kasus ini berfokus pada dugaan penyalahgunaan wewenang terkait kuota haji tambahan yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara.
