JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini mengadakan diskusi penting dengan sejumlah menteri dari Kabinet Merah Putih (KMP) untuk membahas tata kelola nikel di Indonesia dan menyampaikan rekomendasi strategis dari KPK.
Diskusi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan KPK dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas di sektor pertambangan.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, mengonfirmasi kepada Awak media di Jakarta pada Kamis bahwa diskusi tersebut dihadiri oleh perwakilan tingkat tinggi dari berbagai kementerian kunci.
“Diskusi dihadiri Menteri Kehutanan, Wakil Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, hingga Wakil Menteri Keuangan,” ujar Budi.

Lebih lanjut, Budi menambahkan bahwa perwakilan dari Kementerian Perdagangan, Kementerian Perindustrian, Kementerian Perhubungan, hingga Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi juga turut hadir dalam pertemuan tersebut.
“Diskusi tersebut bertujuan untuk menyampaikan rekomendasi strategis yang telah dibuat oleh KPK kepada para pemangku kepentingan di sektor pertambangan, khususnya terkait tata kelola nikel,” jelas Budi.
Rekomendasi ini disusun berdasarkan kajian mendalam yang telah dilakukan KPK, melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait dengan sektor pertambangan. “Misalnya, mantan Menteri ESDM Arifin Tasrif hingga Pimpinan Pusat (PP) Muhammadiyah,” kata Budi,
menekankan luasnya spektrum pihak yang dimintai keterangan dalam proses kajian tersebut.
KPK berharap rekomendasi yang disampaikan dapat menjadi landasan bagi perbaikan tata kelola nikel di Indonesia, demi terciptanya sektor pertambangan yang bersih, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.
