“Arogansi Pejabat Desa Gegerkan GOR Sadananya, Sebut Wartawan “Tanggung Jawab Aing”
CIAMIS, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Dunia pers di Kabupaten Ciamis bergolak setelah beredar luasnya video viral berdurasi pendek yang merekam aksi arogan seorang oknum pejabat desa di lingkungan Gelanggang Olahraga (GOR) Sadananya.
Dalam video yang memicu gelombang kecaman tersebut, oknum kepala desa bernama Asep Ari, Kepala Desa Mekarmukti, Kecamatan Cisaga, Kabupaten Ciamis, melontarkan perkataan bernada tinggi yang secara terang-terangan merendahkan dan menantang profesi wartawan.
Kalimat-kalimat keras dan berani seperti “Wartawan jeng aing, tanggung jawab aing” serta “Aing moal mundur ku wartawan, diaduan ku aing” terdengar jelas dan menjadi bukti nyata arogansi publik yang dianggap jauh melampaui batas etika.
Pernyataan tersebut bukan hanya dianggap melukai, tetapi juga berpotensi dikategorikan sebagai ujaran kebencian yang mengarah pada tindakan menghalangi kerja jurnalistik, sebuah profesi yang dijamin oleh konstitusi dan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers.

Ironisnya, informasi di lapangan menyebutkan bahwa Asep Ari sendiri sebelum menjabat sebagai Kepala Desa Mekarmukti, pernah berkecimpung dan bergabung di salah satu media sebagai wartawan.

Lebih lanjut, A. Tarmizi menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan segera berkoordinasi dengan sejumlah induk media untuk membahas langkah hukum yang akan ditempuh.
Tindakan ini dinilai krusial, sebab jika dibiarkan, insiden tersebut akan menjadi preseden buruk dan merusak harkat serta martabat dunia jurnalisme di Indonesia.
Publik dan komunitas media kini menantikan tindak lanjut atas insiden ini, menuntut pertanggungjawaban dari oknum kades yang dianggap telah merusak citra aparat publik dan melecehkan pilar keempat demokrasi.
