BATHIN SOLAPAN, Jurnal Tipikor.– Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 4 Bengkalis sukses menggelar kegiatan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) Angkatan III tahun pelajaran 2025.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama tiga hari, mulai tanggal 20 hingga 22 November 2025, ini merupakan langkah strategis madrasah dalam mencetak calon pemimpin muda yang berintegritas.
LDK tahun ini diikuti oleh total 148 siswa kelas IX, terdiri dari 71 siswa laki-laki dan 77 siswa perempuan. Program ini dirancang dengan tujuan utama untuk membentuk karakter kepemimpinan, menanamkan rasa tanggung jawab, dan memperkuat kerja sama tim pada peserta didik, sekaligus menyiapkan mereka menjadi pemimpin masa depan yang berjiwa sosial tinggi.
Apresiasi dan Pembentukan Karakter
Dalam sambutannya saat pembukaan, Kepala MTsN 4 Bengkalis, Iin Fatimah M,Pd., menyampaikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya terhadap antusiasme dan semangat para peserta. Beliau menekankan bahwa LDK adalah lebih dari sekadar pelatihan.
“LDK ini bukan sekadar pelatihan kepemimpinan, tetapi juga ajang pembentukan karakter dan mental siswa yang siap menjadi teladan bagi teman-temannya. Kami berharap, siswa dapat belajar bagaimana mengayomi sesama kelompok dan menjadi pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab,” ujar beliau.
Kegiatan LDK diisi dengan beragam materi yang komprehensif dan praktik lapangan yang aplikatif, meliputi:
- Pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi.
- Public speaking dan penguatan disiplin.
- Kegiatan outbond untuk memperkuat kerja sama dan kekompakan tim.
Para siswa juga mendapatkan ilmu langsung dari berbagai narasumber eksternal yang kompeten, antara lain dari:
- Kepolisian: Kanit Kamsel Satlantas Polres Bengkalis, Aipda Riduan Zainal SH.MH, memberikan materi penting mengenai disiplin berlalu lintas dan penyuluhan anti-narkoba untuk menghindarkan siswa dari kenakalan remaja.
- Perusahaan: Bapak Misterdiun Manullang ,Harianto,Zulkifli dari PT Bohai Drilling Service Indonesia (BDSI) menyampaikan materi kepemimpinan (leader) dan pendisiplinan karakter sebagai bekal kemandirian di masa depan.
- Instansi lainnya: Narasumber dari Puskesmas, KUA Bathin Solapan, tenaga instruktur pendidik, dan tokoh muda turut memberikan motivasi tentang pentingnya menimba ilmu kepemimpinan sejak dini.
Semangat Peserta dan Penutup
Iqbal, salah satu peserta LDK dari kelas IX, mengungkapkan rasa senangnya bisa mengikuti pelatihan ini.
“Instruktur memberi materi belajar bagaimana menjadi pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab dan bisa bekerja sama dengan kelompok. Saya merasa senang bisa ikut LDK,” tuturnya.
Kegiatan LDK Angkatan 111 ditutup dengan upacara simbolis penyerahan kartu LDK lama kepada perwakilan calon pengurus baru.
Dengan suksesnya pelaksanaan LDK ini, MTsN 4 Bengkalis berharap dapat menjadi wadah pembelajaran kepemimpinan yang aktif, kreatif, dan inspiratif bagi seluruh siswanya di masa mendatang.
