Bengkulu Selatan, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Dalam rangka memperingati Bulan Bahasa, Hari Sumpah Pemuda, serta Hari Pahlawan, SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan menggelar berbagai kegiatan perlombaan antar kelas dengan tema “Pemuda dan Pemudi Berkarya, Berbahasa, dan Berjiwa Pahlawan”, Kamis, 13 November 2025.
Rangkaian perlombaan yang digelar meliputi Lomba Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK), lomba baca puisi, serta lomba fashion show bertema pahlawan. Setiap kelas mengirimkan perwakilan terbaik mereka untuk unjuk kreativitas dan kemampuan, baik dalam hal seni, literasi, maupun penampilan yang merepresentasikan nilai-nilai kepahlawanan.
Panitia menetapkan juara 1, 2, dan 3 untuk setiap cabang lomba. Para pemenang berhak mendapatkan bingkisan dan piagam penghargaan yang disiapkan oleh panitia. Seluruh kegiatan dikoordinasikan oleh Pengurus OSIS SMAN 3 Bengkulu Selatan dengan bimbingan para pembina.

Kepala SMAN 3 Bengkulu Selatan, Herdi Agustiar, M.Pd, secara resmi membuka acara tersebut. Dalam sambutannya, ia mengapresiasi kreativitas siswa dan kerja keras OSIS dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan.
Menurutnya kegiatan ini sangat penting untuk membangun kepercayaan diri dan semangat berkarya para siswa.
Dan berharap kegiatan semacam ini dapat menjadi wadah pembentukan generasi muda yang aktif dan produktif.

Sementara itu, Pembina OSIS sekaligus koordinator kegiatan, Erlin Susanti, M.Pd, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini disiapkan sepenuhnya oleh OSIS dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Ia memuji kekompakan panitia dan semangat seluruh peserta.
“Persiapan kegiatan sudah berjalan sekitar dua minggu. OSIS bekerja sangat solid, mulai dari menyusun konsep, menyiapkan teknis lomba, hingga memandu jalannya acara. Saya apresiasi kerja keras mereka,” ungkap Erlin.
Erlin menambahkan bahwa tema yang diangkat tahun ini bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya berkarya dan menghargai bahasa Indonesia sebagai identitas bangsa.
“Kami ingin siswa memahami bahwa semangat kepahlawanan hari ini bisa diwujudkan melalui karya, prestasi, dan kemampuan berbahasa yang baik. Itu nilai yang ingin kami tekankan melalui kegiatan ini,” katanya.
Seluruh dewan guru turut hadir menyaksikan penampilan siswa. Berbagai kreasi dan bakat siswa terlihat menonjol dalam setiap penampilan. Dukungan dari teman-teman sekelas membuat suasana acara semakin semarak.
