Kaur, Bengkulu, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Distributor pupuk subsidi wajib menurunkan harga pupuk subsidi sesuai aturan tentang Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) pupuk subsidi.
Ini telah diputuskan Menteri Pertanian nomor 1117/Kpts/SR.310/M/10/2025 tanggal 22 Oktober 2025 tentang perubahan HET pupuk subsidi.
Tidak ada alasan bagi penyalur pupuk yang menyangkangi aturan tersebut. Tidak ada alasan distributor mempertahankan harga lama. Selain itu, distributor pupuk tidak akan mengalami kerugian dengan aturan baru. Sebab, distributor akan mendapatkan kompensasi atau ganti rugi apabila masih memiliki stok lama. Ganti rugi akan diberikan pada pengambilan pupuk subsidi tahap berikutnya.
“Untuk distributor pupuk tidak perlu takut adanya penurunan harga. Karena stok pupuk lama akan diganti sesuai dengan jumlah atau kerugian distributor. Tetapi ganti rugi itu dengan pupuk nantinya saat pengambilan selanjutnya,” kata Kepala Dinas Pertanian Kaur, Dodi Haryono S.TP, Minggu, 9 November 2025.

Dikatakannya, untuk imbauan penurunan harga pupuk sesuai HET telah disampaikan sesuai dengan nomor 500.6/181.M/Distan.Bp/2025, maka seluruh distributor atau kios yang melakukan penyaluran pupuk subsidi wajib mengikuti aturan tersebut. Distributor atau kios
pupuk yang melakukan pendistribusian pupuk subsidi sudah disampaikan.
Dengan imbauan yang ada, harapan tidak ada yang menentang aturan yang ada dan senantiasa mengikuti aturan tersebut. Sedangkan rincian HET untuk Pupuk Urea sebelumnya HET Rp 2.250/Kg saat ini turun menjadi Rp 1.800/Kg.
Pupuk NPK Phonska, yang sebelumnya Rp 2.300/Kg menjadi Rp 1.840/Kg, untuk Pupuk NPK Kakao sebelumnya Rp 3.300/Kg saat ini ditetapkan dengan HET sebesar Rp 2.640/Kg, Pupuk ZA memiliki HET baru Rp 1.360/ Kg yang sebelumnya Rp 1.700/Kg dan yang terakhir Pupuk Organik harga terbaru Rp 640/Kg sebelumnya Rp 800/Kg.
Lanjutnya, dengan kebijakan pemerintah baik itu akan melakukan ganti rudi bagi distributor yang merasa rugi dengan kebijakan yang ada maka, pihak distributor harus mengikuti aturan yang ada.
Saat ini harga pupuk subsidi sudah resmi turun. Maka dari itu, seluruh kios yang menjual pupuk subsidi di Kabupaten Kaur agar mematuhi aturan yang telah ditetapkan, jangan sampai nakal menjual lebih dari HET, penurunan HET pupuk bersubsidi ini didasarkan pada keputusan resmi pemerintah pusat, yang berlaku di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk di Kaur. Kebijakan penurunan HET ini adalah upaya nyata pemerintah untuk meringankan beban petani agar petani mendapatkan harga pupuk yang lebih terjangkau.
Juga untuk memastikan informasi ini tersebar merata, Dinas Pertanian telah menggerakkan seluruh penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Kaur untuk aktif melaksanakan sosialisasi kepada para petani di tingkat desa.
Juga diminta masyarakat berperan aktif dalam pengawasan HET pupuk subsidi di Kabupaten Kaur, apabila terdapat kios atau distributor yang menjual di atas HET, masyarakat diminta untuk segera melapor ke Dispertan Kaur.
Apabila ada distributor nakal dengan melanggar ketentuan maka dipastikan distributor akan mendapatkan saksi baik itu sanksi teguran, pencabutan izin hingga diproses secara hukum.
