Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi terkait penyaluran dana tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dari Bank Indonesia.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, mengonfirmasi penetapan ini di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, hari ini. “Ada dua orang yang kami tetapkan sebagai tersangka,” ujar Asep.

Asep juga membenarkan bahwa kedua tersangka tersebut berprofesi sebagai legislator. Namun, KPK saat ini belum dapat memberikan informasi lebih detail mengenai tingkatan jabatan kedua legislator tersebut, baik di tingkat nasional, provinsi, maupun kabupaten.
KPK akan terus melakukan pengembangan kasus ini untuk mengungkap secara tuntas dugaan korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara.
