Mustofa Kamaludin, selaku TKSK Simpenan, bersama Indra Lesmana dari IPSM, bergerak cepat menyambangi rumah Ibu Rukanah yang beralamat di Kp. Mariuk, Kelurahan Cidadap, Kecamatan Simpenan, Kabupaten Sukabumi dan langsung menyerahkan bantuan berupa dua karung beras.
“Kami bergerak setelah mendapat informasi dari warga dan media. Alhamdulillah, hari ini kami langsung serahkan dua karung beras ke Ibu Rukanah. Ini sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan penanganan cepat terhadap warga yang membutuhkan,” ujar Mustofa Kamaludin di lokasi ke wartawan.

Ia menegaskan, bahwa pihaknya akan segera melakukan pendataan ulang agar kasus serupa tidak terulang, khususnya bagi warga lansia yang benar-benar membutuhkan bantuan sosial.
“Kami akan pastikan data diperbaiki, agar bantuan ke depan lebih tepat sasaran,” tambahnya.
Indra Lesmana, selaku perwakilan dari Ikatan Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat (IPSM) Simpenan, juga mengapresiasi kepedulian masyarakat dan media yang turut menyuarakan kondisi warga seperti Ibu Rukanah.
“Ini bukti bahwa kolaborasi antara masyarakat, media, dan petugas sosial bisa menghasilkan solusi cepat. Kami terbuka terhadap aduan serupa dan akan terus turun ke lapangan,” jelas Indra.
Nanan, selaku anak ibu rukanah yang ke 3 sebelumnya menyuarakan keluhan keluarga Ibu Rukanah, turut menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya atas respon cepat tersebut.
“Saya sangat mengapresiasi TKSK dan IPSM Simpenan. Ini baru yang namanya sigap dan peduli. Semoga ini jadi awal perbaikan distribusi bantuan ke depan,” ujarnya.
Dengan adanya bantuan langsung dan perhatian dari petugas sosial, keluarga Ibu Rukanah kini sedikit merasa lega. Namun mereka tetap berharap ada keberlanjutan bantuan serta perbaikan sistem agar warga yang benar-benar membutuhkan tidak lagi terabaikan.
