JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengonfirmasi telah melakukan kegiatan Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT) di wilayah Banten pada Rabu malam (17/12). Dalam operasi tersebut, tim penyidik mengamankan lima orang, salah satunya merupakan oknum jaksa.
Wakil Ketua KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto, membenarkan keterlibatan unsur penegak hukum dalam operasi tersebut. Saat ini, KPK tengah melakukan koordinasi intensif dengan pihak Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung).
“Memang ada pengamanan (OTT). Ada oknum jaksa. Kami sudah berkoordinasi dengan Kejaksaan Agung. Nanti kita lihat lah hasilnya,” ujar Fitroh di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Kamis (18/12).

Detail Operasi dan Penyelidikan
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari penyelidikan tertutup yang dilakukan tim di lapangan. Hingga saat ini, kelima orang yang terjaring masih menjalani pemeriksaan intensif.
“Tim mengamankan sejumlah lima orang di wilayah Banten. Terkait siapa saja identitasnya dan atas dugaan perkara apa, akan kami sampaikan secara transparan setelah seluruh proses awal ini rampung,” jelas Budi.
Sesuai ketentuan KUHAP, KPK memiliki waktu 1 \times 24 jam untuk menentukan status hukum dari para pihak yang diamankan tersebut.
Catatan OTT KPK Sepanjang Tahun 2025
- Operasi di Banten ini tercatat sebagai OTT kesembilan yang dilakukan KPK sepanjang tahun 2025. Sebelumnya, KPK telah melakukan serangkaian penindakan besar, di antaranya:
- Maret: Anggota DPRD dan pejabat Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.
- Juni: Kasus suap proyek jalan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
- Agustus: Kasus korupsi RSUD di Kolaka Timur; kerjasama pengelolaan kawasan hutan di Jakarta; serta kasus di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan.
- November: OTT Gubernur Riau, Abdul Wahid, dan Bupati Ponorogo, Sugiri Sancoko.
- Desember: OTT Bupati Lampung Tengah, Ardito Wijaya (9-10 Desember).
KPK menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus melakukan pemberantasan korupsi di berbagai sektor, termasuk di lingkungan penegak hukum dan pemerintahan daerah, guna menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih dan transparan.
