Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan potensi kemacetan, kecelakaan, gangguan kamtibmas, hingga bencana alam saat momentum libur panjang, Senin (08/12/2025).
Peninjauan dilakukan di sejumlah titik rawan, mulai dari perbatasan Jawa Barat–Banten, kawasan wisata Pantai Karanghawu, Polsek Cisolok, Pantai Citepus Palabuhanratu, Polsek Cibadak, hingga gerbang Tol Parungkuda yang kerap menjadi titik kepadatan arus kendaraan.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Kapolda memastikan kesiapan personel gabungan serta sarana prasarana pendukung pengamanan, khususnya di kawasan wisata dan jalur rawan kemacetan. Ia menegaskan bahwa Kabupaten Sukabumi memiliki potensi wisata laut yang besar sehingga membutuhkan pengamanan ekstra.
“Ada beberapa tempat yang menjadi konsentrasi kerawanan. Tentunya Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan potensi lautnya ini kita prioritaskan untuk pengamanan saat liburan nanti, khususnya kunjungan wisata. Pantai Karanghawu salah satunya yang menjadi prioritas,” ujar Irjen Dr Rudi Setiawan.
Selain fokus pada keselamatan wisatawan, pengaturan lalu lintas juga menjadi prioritas untuk mencegah terjadinya kemacetan dan kecelakaan. Meski demikian, Kapolda menyebut bahwa Sukabumi relatif aman dari potensi kepadatan ekstrem karena tidak menjadi jalur utama alternatif arus mudik maupun balik.
“Yang rawan macet dan kecelakaan itu di beberapa titik seperti Nagrek, Cirebon, dan sejumlah ruas jalan tol. Kalau di Kabupaten Sukabumi untuk Nataru tidak terlalu, karena bukan jalur alternatif utama,” jelasnya.
Irjen Dr Rudi juga menyoroti potensi kriminalitas yang dapat meningkat saat libur panjang. Ia memastikan seluruh jajaran telah disiapkan untuk melakukan patroli dan pengamanan intensif.
Tak hanya itu, Kapolda turut menekankan pentingnya kewaspadaan terhadap bencana alam. Mengingat Sukabumi dalam beberapa waktu terakhir dilanda longsor dan banjir bandang, koordinasi lintas sektor dinilai sangat penting.
“Kriminalitas di semua tempat tetap berpotensi terjadi. Dan yang terakhir adalah bencana alam. Beberapa waktu lalu terjadi longsor dan banjir bandang. Ini perlu diantisipasi. Tadi sudah saya bicarakan dengan Pak Bupati dan Wakil, kita akan berkolaborasi untuk melindungi masyarakat,” tegasnya.
Kapolres Sukabumi AKBP Dr. Samian menyampaikan komitmen jajarannya untuk mendukung penuh langkah Kapolda Jabar dalam menciptakan situasi aman dan kondusif selama Nataru.
“Kami di Polres Sukabumi sudah menyiapkan personel, pos pengamanan, pos pelayanan, hingga pos terpadu di titik-titik yang berpotensi terjadi peningkatan aktivitas masyarakat. Pengamanan kawasan wisata, jalur rawan kemacetan, dan potensi bencana menjadi fokus kami,” ujar AKBP Dr. Samian.
Melalui kolaborasi antara Polda Jabar, Polres Sukabumi, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi, diharapkan pengamanan Nataru 2025 dapat berjalan optimal sehingga masyarakat dapat merayakan libur akhir tahun dengan aman dan nyaman.
