Bengkulu, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Mantan Gubernur Bengkulu Agusrin Maryono Najamuddin dan mantan Anggota DPR RI, Raden Saleh Abdul Malik ditetapkan sebagai Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) oleh Polda Metro Jaya.
Keduanya ditetapkan DPO setelah Polda Metro Jaya melalui Ditreskrimsus menerbitkan surat bernomor DPO/103/X/Res. 2.1/2025/Reskrimsus dan meminta polres jajaran untuk memberikan informasi terkait.
Penetapan DPO ini tetanggal 14 Oktober 2025 lalu setelah berkas perkara sudah di tahap P21 dan hampir limpah ternyata Agusrin tindak kunjung memenuhi panggilan Penyidik.
“Benar sudah diterbitkan DPO, karena berkas perkara sudah P21 tinggal tahap II pelimpahan tersangka dan barang bukti, tersangka telah dilakukan pemanggilan namun tidak hadir,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, S.IK pada RB melalui Sambungan Pesan Singkat WhatsApp Sabtu 6 Desember 2025.
Untuk diketahui, kronologi kasus ini berawal pada 27 Maret 2017 saat PT TAC menandatangani perjanjian dengan PT Anugrah Pratama Inspirasi (PT API), milik Agusrin.
Isi poin kerjasamanya, PT API milik Agusrin memberi kuasa kepada PT TAC untuk menggunakan izin HPH (Hak Pengusahaan Hutan) yang dimiliki PT API.
Selanjutnya pada tanggal 18 April 2017, kerja sama itu dilanjutkan pada pembentukan perusahaan bernama PT Citra Karya Inspirasi (PT CKI) dengan komposisi saham PT TAC sebanyak 52,5 persen, sementara PT API 47,5 persen.
Dalam perjalanannya, muncul ide pelepasan saham karena PT API berniat menjual HPH miliknya kepada pihak ketiga. Saat itu, Agusrin berpandangan akan lebih mudah menjual HPH tersebut beserta pabrik pengolahan kayu yang sudah dibangun PT CKI.
Imam Nugroho selalu Kuasa hukum PT TAC mengatakan, Agusrin saat itu menawarkan agar PT TAC saja yang membeli izin HPH dimaksud. Namun tawaran itu ditolak.
“Pada tanggal yang sama, yakni malam hari, 7 Mei 2019, pimpinan PT TAC dan PT API melakukan pertemuan di PT CKI untuk menindaklanjuti instruksi Agusrin tersebut,” kata Imam dalam keterangannya.
Hingga akhirnya terjadi kesepakatan harga sebesar Rp33,3 miliar. Untuk meyakinkan bahwa transaksi itu serius, pihak Agusrin memberikan down payment Rp2,5 miliar dan pembayaran Rp4,7 miliar. Sisanya dengan menyerahkan dua lembar cek masing-masing senilai Rp10,5 miliar dan Rp20 miliar.
Persoalan muncul ketika dua cek itu hendak dicairkan lantaran cek itu ternyata kosong. Merasa telah ditipu, Agusrin dan Raden Saleh pun dilaporkan Polda Metro Jaya dengan nomor laporan LP/1812/III/YAN. 2.5/2020/SPKTPMJ tertanggal 17 Maret 2020. (JS)
