JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini memanggil Direktur Utama PT Indomarco Adi Prima, Joedianto Soejonopoetro (JS), sebagai saksi dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan bantuan sosial (bansos) presiden terkait penanganan COVID-19 di wilayah Jabodetabek pada Kementerian Sosial tahun 2020.
“Pemeriksaan atas nama JS sebagai Dirut PT Indomarco Adi Prima,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo saat dikonfirmasi dari Jakarta, Rabu (23/7).
Pemeriksaan tersebut berlangsung di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta.
Panggilan terhadap Joedianto Soejonopoetro merupakan bagian dari rangkaian penyidikan yang intensif dilakukan KPK.

Sebelumnya, pada Selasa (22/7), KPK juga telah memanggil saksi-saksi lain, termasuk HS atau perwakilan Direktur PT Maya Muncar, EHD atau perwakilan Direktur Utama PT Jakarana Tama, dan MIA atau perwakilan Direktur PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara.
KPK secara resmi mengumumkan dimulainya penyidikan kasus ini pada 26 Juni 2024. Modus operandi dalam kasus ini diduga melibatkan pengurangan kualitas barang yang seharusnya disalurkan kepada masyarakat.
Berdasarkan perhitungan awal, kerugian keuangan negara akibat kasus ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp125 miliar.
Penyidikan ini merupakan pengembangan dari perkara dugaan korupsi anggaran distribusi bansos di Kementerian Sosial sebelumnya.

Secara terpisah, Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo pada 27 Juni 2024, telah menyatakan dukungannya dan mempersilakan KPK untuk mengusut tuntas kasus ini.
KPK terus berkomitmen untuk memberantas korupsi dan memastikan akuntabilitas dalam penggunaan dana publik, terutama di tengah kondisi darurat seperti pandemi.
