JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR-–– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mengusut kasus dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA) di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan.
Lembaga antirasuah itu kini mendalami dugaan permintaan pembelian aset oleh salah satu tersangka kepada agen pengurusan izin kerja.
Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo menjelaskan pengusutan ini dilakukan saat penyidik memeriksa Direktur Utama PT Laman Davindro Bahman, YNY, pada Selasa (19/8).
“Saksi YNY didalami terkait permintaan pembelian aset oleh tersangka kepada agen yang mengurus RPTKA dimaksud,” ujar Budi kepada para jurnalis di Jakarta.
Selain itu, KPK juga memeriksa karyawan swasta bernama MFA untuk mendalami rekening penampungan yang diduga digunakan para tersangka.

Rekening ini diduga dipakai untuk menampung uang hasil pemerasan dari para agen TKA.
Kasus ini mencuat setelah KPK menetapkan delapan tersangka yang merupakan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan.
Mereka adalah Suhartono, Haryanto, Wisnu Pramono, Devi Anggraeni, Gatot Widiartono, Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin, dan Alfa Eshad.
Para tersangka diduga memeras agen pengurusan RPTKA sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Total uang yang berhasil dikumpulkan para tersangka mencapai sekitar Rp53,7 miliar.

Modusnya, para tersangka menghambat proses penerbitan RPTKA, yang merupakan syarat wajib agar TKA bisa bekerja di Indonesia. Jika RPTKA tidak diterbitkan, para TKA akan dikenai denda Rp1 juta per hari.
Kondisi ini membuat para agen dan pemohon terpaksa memberikan uang agar prosesnya lancar.
KPK menduga praktik pemerasan ini telah terjadi sejak era Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar (2009–2014), lalu berlanjut di era Hanif Dhakiri (2014–2019), dan Ida Fauziyah (2019–2024).
Hingga saat ini, KPK telah menahan delapan tersangka tersebut dalam dua kloter, yaitu pada 17 Juli dan 24 Juli 2025. Sebelumnya, KPK juga telah menyita empat aset milik tersangka Haryanto yang diduga disamarkan.
