Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini mengumumkan penyitaan aset senilai total Rp1,11 miliar terkait kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pencairan kredit usaha fiktif di PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Bank Jepara Artha (Perseroda) tahun 2022-2024.
“Hari ini (Senin 14/7) telah dilakukan penyitaan uang tunai sejumlah Rp411 juta, dan dua bidang tanah di Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah, senilai Rp700 juta,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Senin.
Budi Prasetyo menambahkan bahwa KPK akan segera menyampaikan identitas para tersangka kasus ini.
“Tentu nanti pada saatnya kami akan sampaikan secara utuh konstruksi perkaranya, dan pihak-pihak yang kemudian ditetapkan sebagai tersangka,” jelasnya.
Sebagai bagian dari penyidikan, KPK pada pekan ini, Senin (14/7), memanggil Direktur Utama BPR Bank Jepara Artha, Jhendik Handoko, sebagai saksi.
Jhendik Handoko sebelumnya juga telah dipanggil sebagai saksi pada 3 Juni 2025, di mana penyidik mendalami kewenangan dan tugas pokoknya sebagai direktur utama di bank tersebut.
KPK memulai penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi ini sejak 24 September 2024. Modus operandi dalam perkara ini adalah pemberian kredit fiktif terhadap 39 debitur.
Sejauh ini, penyidik KPK telah menetapkan lima orang sebagai tersangka, meskipun identitas mereka belum dapat diungkapkan karena proses penyidikan yang masih berjalan.
Lebih lanjut, pada 26 September 2024, penyidik KPK telah mengeluarkan surat larangan bepergian ke luar negeri terhadap lima warga negara Indonesia berinisial JH, IN, AN, AS, dan MIA.
Larangan ini diberlakukan karena keberadaan mereka di Indonesia dianggap penting untuk kelancaran penyidikan.
