JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) telah mengambil langkah tegas dengan mencegah Muhammad Riza Chalid, tersangka baru dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang, untuk bepergian ke luar negeri.
Pencegahan ini dilakukan menyusul penetapan Riza Chalid sebagai tersangka pada Kamis (10/7) bersama delapan individu lainnya.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Harli Siregar, di Jakarta, Jumat, menyatakan bahwa Kejagung telah berkoordinasi erat dengan pihak imigrasi terkait pencegahan ini.
“Karena yang bersangkutan sudah dicegah, masuk dalam daftar cekal, kami berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait, termasuk dengan pihak imigrasi,” tegas Harli.

Saat ini, Kejagung secara aktif memburu keberadaan Riza Chalid, yang diduga tidak berada di Indonesia dan diyakini berada di Singapura. Dalam upaya pencarian ini, penyidik Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) sedang berkoordinasi dengan Atase Kejaksaan di Singapura.
Mengenai kemungkinan Riza Chalid akan dimasukkan dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO), Harli menjelaskan bahwa keputusan tersebut akan bergantung pada hasil pemanggilan Riza Chalid sebagai tersangka.
“Ketika misalnya yang bersangkutan sudah dipanggil sebagai tersangka, tapi tidak mengindahkan, maka penyidik akan melakukan langkah-langkah hukum itu. Tapi, ‘kan, kita belum tahu. Jadi, itu sangat tergantung pada bagaimana hasil kehadiran yang bersangkutan untuk memenuhi panggilan penyidik nantinya,” jelasnya.
Riza Chalid dan delapan tersangka lainnya ditetapkan dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) tahun 2018–2023.
Tersangka lain yang telah ditetapkan antara lain:
- Alfian Nasution (AN) selaku mantan Vice President Supply dan Distribusi PT Pertamina.
- Hanung Budya (HB) selaku mantan Direktur Pemasaran dan Niaga PT Pertamina.
- Toto Nugroho (TN) selaku mantan VP Integrated Supply Chain.
- Dwi Sudarsono (DS) selaku mantan VP Crude and Trading ISC PT Pertamina.
- Arif Sukmara (AS) selaku Direktur Gas Petrochemical and New Business PT Pertamina International Shipping.
- Hasto Wibowo (HW) selaku mantan VP Integrated Supply Chain.
- Martin Haendra (MH) selaku mantan Business Development Manager PT Trafigura.
- Indra Putra (IP) selaku Business Development Manager PT Mahameru Kencana Abadi.
Kejaksaan Agung berkomitmen penuh untuk menuntaskan kasus korupsi ini demi tegaknya keadilan dan penegakan hukum di Indonesia.
