Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyatakan menunda penahanan mantan Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kusnadi, setelah pemeriksaan kondisi kesehatannya menunjukkan bahwa yang bersangkutan tidak dalam kondisi cukup fit.
Keputusan ini diambil setelah Kusnadi diperiksa terkait kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan dana hibah untuk kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun anggaran 2021–2022.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Kamis, bahwa pemeriksaan kesehatan menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi penyidik dalam mengambil langkah selanjutnya, termasuk penahanan.
“Tadi juga dilakukan pemeriksaan terkait dengan kondisi kesehatannya. Jadi, kondisi kesehatan itu juga menjadi pertimbangan penyidik ya untuk melakukan langkah-langkah berikutnya, seperti penahanan dan sebagainya,” ujar Budi.
Budi menambahkan bahwa kondisi Kusnadi, yang merupakan pimpinan DPRD Jatim periode 2019-2024, dinyatakan kurang sehat.
Oleh karena itu, KPK akan menyampaikan informasi lebih lanjut mengenai langkah penahanan setelah mempertimbangkan kondisi Kusnadi.
“Nanti kami sampaikan ya jika sudah ada rencana penahanannya. Tentu dari pemeriksaan tadi juga dipertimbangkan terkait dengan kondisi yang bersangkutan,” katanya.
Sebelumnya, pada 12 Juli 2024, KPK telah mengumumkan penetapan 21 orang tersangka dalam pengembangan penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi dana hibah Jatim ini.
Dari jumlah tersebut, empat orang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka penerima suap (tiga penyelenggara negara dan satu staf penyelenggara negara), dan 17 orang lainnya sebagai tersangka pemberi suap (15 pihak swasta dan dua penyelenggara negara).
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, Kusnadi termasuk dalam daftar 21 tersangka tersebut.
KPK sebelumnya mengungkapkan pada 20 Juni 2025 bahwa pengucuran dana hibah yang berkaitan dengan kasus ini sementara terjadi di sekitar delapan kabupaten di Jawa Timur.
KPK berkomitmen untuk terus mengusut tuntas kasus ini guna memberantas praktik korupsi di lingkungan pemerintahan.
