Pelantikan yang berlangsung di Balai Kota Bandung ini menandai langkah strategis Pemkot dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan kompleks yang tengah dihadapi kota kembang ini.
Keempat pejabat yang dilantik adalah:
- Gun Gun Sumaryana sebagai Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Bandung
- Soni Bakhtiyar sebagai Kepala Dinas Kebakaran Penyelamatan (Diskarmat) Kota Bandung
- Yorisa Sativa sebagai Kepala Dinas Sosial Kota Bandung
- Raden Budhi Rukmana sebagai Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UKM (Diskop UKM) Kota Bandung
Dalam sambutannya usai melantik, Wali Kota Muhammad Farhan menekankan bahwa para pejabat yang baru dilantik ini mengemban tanggung jawab besar di tengah kondisi sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang kompleks.

Ia menegaskan bahwa pelantikan ini bukan sekadar promosi, melainkan momentum untuk membuktikan kompetensi, integritas, dan komitmen pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
“Saat ini Kota Bandung sedang menghadapi kontraksi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pada kuartal pertama, pertumbuhan tercatat menurun sebesar 0,11 persen.
Ini menjadi alarm sekaligus peluang untuk bersama-sama meningkatkan pendapatan daerah melalui cara-cara kreatif dan pemanfaatan teknologi,” ujar Farhan.
Farhan secara khusus memberikan amanah strategis kepada masing-masing kepala dinas. Kepada Kepala Bapenda, ia mendorong inovasi untuk peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) secara eksponensial.

Kepala Diskop UKM diminta untuk melanjutkan pembentukan dan penyempurnaan program Koperasi Merah Putih secara efektif.
Untuk Kepala Diskarmat, Wali Kota berharap respons tanggap darurat dapat terus ditingkatkan, didukung oleh pengalaman kepemimpinan sebelumnya di bidang sosial.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Sosial diminta untuk menjadi garda depan dalam merespons dinamika sosial masyarakat, memanfaatkan bekal kepemimpinan dan pengalaman di sektor kesehatan yang dimiliki pejabat barunya.
Farhan juga mengingatkan pentingnya menjaga integritas dalam menjalankan tugas. “Tekanan adalah hal biasa dalam birokrasi, namun godaan sering kali lebih berbahaya,” tegasnya.
