Kejaksaan Agung Limpahkan Lima Tersangka Kasus Suap Putusan CPO dan Perintangan Penanganan Perkara Korupsi ke Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat

JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) hari ini melimpahkan lima orang tersangka ke Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat terkait dua kasus berbeda, yaitu dugaan suap putusan lepas (onstlag) perkara korupsi pemberian fasilitas ekspor minyak kelapa sawit (CPO) dan kasus perintangan penanganan perkara korupsi.

Pelimpahan ini menandai tahap dua, yaitu penyerahan tersangka dan berkas perkara.

Direktur Penuntutan pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Sutikno menyatakan, “Ada lima tersangka yang dilakukan pelimpahan tahap dua (pelimpahan tersangka dan berkas).”

Kelima tersangka yang dilimpahkan meliputi:

  1. Ariyanto, seorang advokat
  2. Marcella Santoso, seorang advokat
  3. Junaedi Saibih, seorang advokat
  4. Tian Bahtiar, mantan Direktur Pemberitaan JAKTV
  5.  M. Adhiya Muzakki, ketua tim buzzer

Tersangka Ariyanto dan Marcella Santoso diduga terlibat dalam kasus suap terkait putusan lepas perkara korupsi pemberian fasilitas ekspor CPO di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.

Sementara itu, Marcella Santoso, Junaedi Saibih, Tian Bahtiar, dan M. Adhiya Muzakki adalah tersangka dalam kasus perintangan penanganan tiga perkara, di mana salah satunya adalah perkara korupsi pemberian fasilitas ekspor CPO.

Setelah pelimpahan tersangka dan barang bukti ini, jaksa penuntut umum akan segera menyusun memori dakwaan untuk proses persidangan selanjutnya.

Sebelumnya, Kejaksaan Agung juga telah melimpahkan enam tersangka lainnya dalam kasus dugaan suap terkait putusan lepas perkara korupsi pemberian fasilitas ekspor CPO ke Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.

Para tersangka tersebut adalah Wahyu Gunawan (Panitera Muda Perdata Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara), Muhammad Arif Nuryanta (mantan Wakil Ketua PN Jakarta Pusat), dan Muhammad Syafei (Head of Social Security Legal PT Wilmar Group).

Selain itu, tiga anggota majelis hakim yang menangani perkara suap CPO, yaitu Djuyamto (ketua majelis hakim), Agam Syarif Baharuddin, dan Ali Muhtarom (anggota majelis hakim), juga telah dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
