Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kota Bandung kembali menunjukkan ketangguhan ekonominya dengan mencatatkan capaian positif pada tiga indikator utama pembangunan ekonomi: inflasi yang terkendali, sektor pariwisata yang bergairah, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil. Kinerja ini menandai pemulihan yang solid dan ketahanan ekonomi kota di tengah dinamika global.
Inflasi Terkendali, Daya Beli Terjaga
Pada Juni 2025, Kota Bandung berhasil menjaga laju inflasi bulanan (month-to-month) sebesar 0,27 persen, setara dengan rata-rata Provinsi Jawa Barat. Angka ini sedikit lebih tinggi dari inflasi nasional yang tercatat 0,19 persen.
Namun, dalam skala yang lebih luas, inflasi tahunan (year-on-year) Kota Bandung jauh lebih rendah, yaitu 1,46 persen, di bawah Jawa Barat (1,78%) dan nasional (1,87%).
Lebih lanjut, inflasi year-to-date Kota Bandung berada di angka 0,93 persen, menjadikannya wilayah dengan inflasi terendah kedua di Jawa Barat.
Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Bandung menegaskan, “Inflasi tetap dalam batas aman dan terkendali, menunjukkan efektivitas pengendalian harga dan distribusi barang kebutuhan pokok di Kota Bandung.”
Meskipun terkendali, kelompok makanan, minuman, dan tembakau menjadi penyumbang utama inflasi bulanan dengan andil 0,19 persen, didorong oleh kenaikan harga cabai merah, daging ayam ras, telur ayam ras, dan cabai rawit.
Sementara itu, inflasi tahunan dipengaruhi oleh kelompok perawatan pribadi dan jasa lainnya, khususnya emas perhiasan, dengan andil 0,53 persen.
Pariwisata Bangkit, Hunian Hotel Lampaui Rata-rata Nasional
Sektor pariwisata Kota Bandung menunjukkan tren pemulihan yang signifikan dan menggembirakan.
Tingkat Penghunian Kamar (TPK) hotel pada Mei 2025 mencapai 53,03 persen, meningkat 1,38 poin dari April 2025. Angka ini jauh melampaui rata-rata TPK Provinsi Jawa Barat (37,59%) maupun nasional (37,06%), menandakan daya tarik Bandung sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan.
Hotel berbintang mencatatkan TPK sebesar 56,91 persen, sementara hotel nonbintang tetap kompetitif dengan angka 38,60 persen. Peningkatan ini tidak terlepas dari beragam agenda dan festival besar yang sukses digelar selama Mei 2025, di antaranya Bandung Kota Angklung, Bandung Color Run, Indonesia Tourism & Trade Investment Expo, Be On Fest, Bazar UMKM Jabar, Bandung Lautan VW, hingga Tau-Tau Festival.
Rata-rata Lama Menginap Tamu (RLMT) juga menunjukkan tren kenaikan, dengan hotel berbintang mencatat RLMT total 1,43 malam dan hotel nonbintang 1,28 malam. Hal ini mencerminkan peningkatan minat wisatawan untuk tinggal lebih lama di Kota Bandung.
Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Tetap Solid
Dari sisi pertumbuhan ekonomi, Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (LPE) Kota Bandung pada Triwulan I-2025 mencatat pertumbuhan 4,80 persen (year-on-year).
Meskipun sedikit mengalami kontraksi -0,11 persen secara kuartalan (q-to-q) akibat pola musiman, Kota Bandung tetap menunjukkan kinerja yang solid di kawasan Bandung Raya, menempati posisi ketiga tertinggi setelah Kabupaten Sumedang dan Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Capaian positif pada ketiga indikator ini menegaskan posisi Kota Bandung sebagai salah satu kota dengan pondasi ekonomi yang kuat dan prospek pembangunan yang cerah di Indonesia.
Pemerintah Kota Bandung berkomitmen untuk terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja ini melalui kebijakan yang pro-rakyat dan mendukung iklim investasi yang kondusif.
