Dia menambahkan, hingga kini pihak Kepala Unit Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Polres Wajo, Jumawan, tak kunjung memberi jawabannya terkait laporan kami. “Jumawan selaku Kanit Tipikor Polres Wajo, belum ada respon apabila di hubungi via ponselnya, ” tandas Andi Sumitro
Akibat lambatnya proses tersebut,lanjut Andi Sumitro, laporan yang sudah di masukkan di Polres Wajo, kami akan ajukan ke Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Badan Pemantau Kebijakan Publik ( BPKP) pusat Bandung, untuk ditindak lanjuti laporan tersebut ke Mabes Polri.
” Insya Allah dalam waktu dekat ini kami akan kirim laporan data proyek Tobulelle Ke DPP L- BPKP di jakarta untuk di lanjutkan laporannya Ke mabes Polri,” Ujar Andi sumitro, Jum’at, (18/8/23 )
Lebih lanjut andi sumitro, kaau pengerjaan proyek tobulelle ada dugaan kerugian Uang Negara sangat tinggi dengan estimasi milyaran rupiah dan juga asas manfaat pada masyarakat umum berkurang, terlihat pada fakta lokasi bahu jalan yang menggunakan rabat beton mutu K.250 sebagian besar sudah rusak sehingga sangat layak diusut penyimpangan ini,” tuturnya
