JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) sedang memproses pengajuan Red Notice Interpol terhadap dua tersangka kasus korupsi, yaitu Muhammad Riza Chalid dan Jurist Tan.
Langkah ini diambil setelah keduanya diduga tidak berada di Indonesia.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Anang Supriatna, menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya tengah melengkapi data dan berkas yang diperlukan.
“Saat ini kami sedang proses karena harus dilengkapi dahulu semua data, termasuk mekanisme pemanggilan,” ujarnya di Jakarta, Senin (4/8).

Proses pengajuan red notice ini akan dikoordinasikan dengan Divisi Hubungan Internasional (Divhubinter) Polri. Setelah berkas dinyatakan lengkap, akan diajukan ke kantor pusat Interpol di Lyon, Prancis. Jika disetujui, Interpol akan menerbitkan red notice yang akan disebarluaskan ke seluruh negara dan kantor imigrasi di dunia, sehingga pergerakan kedua tersangka dapat terdeteksi.

Muhammad Riza Chalid
Riza Chalid, selaku beneficial owner PT Orbit Terminal Merak, merupakan salah satu dari delapan tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang di PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) pada 2018–2023.
Jurist Tan
Jurist Tan adalah mantan Staf Khusus Mendikbudristek tahun 2020–2024 yang terlibat dalam kasus dugaan korupsi program digitalisasi pendidikan pada Kemendikbudristek periode 2019–2022.
