BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung berkolaborasi dengan Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab) Kota Bandung sukses menyelenggarakan Kursus Orientasi Kepramukaan di Gedung Serbaguna Balai Kota Bandung, Senin, 13 Oktober 2025.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 368 orang yang terdiri dari para Ketua Majelis Pembimbing Gugus (Mabigus) tingkat PAUD, SD, SMP, MTs, dan MA negeri maupun swasta se-Kota Bandung.
Mengusung tema “Peran Serta Pramuka dalam Menciptakan SDM Unggul Kota Bandung” dan semangat Bandung Scout Move On, kursus ini bertujuan menjadi wadah penguatan sinergi antara dunia pendidikan dan Gerakan Pramuka untuk membentuk generasi muda yang berkarakter, cerdas, dan cinta tanah air.
Wakil Wali Kota Bandung sekaligus Wakil Ketua Majelis Pembimbing Cabang (Mabicab) Kota Bandung, Erwin, dalam sambutannya meminta Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung terus konsisten dalam membina dan menggerakkan peserta didik, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan.
“Pramuka bukan hanya sekadar kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, tetapi merupakan bagian penting dalam pembentukan karakter yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila,” ujar Erwin.

Menurutnya, kegiatan kepramukaan merupakan bentuk kolaborasi nyata dalam membentuk generasi muda yang unggul, tangguh secara mental dan sosial, serta berakhlakul karimah.
Pemerintah Kota Bandung, lanjutnya, akan terus memberikan dukungan melalui program pembinaan di sekolah dan kemitraan untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai gotong royong, disiplin, dan cinta tanah air di kalangan pelajar.
“Semoga melalui Kursus Orientasi Kepramukaan ini, para peserta dapat memiliki pandangan yang sama dalam mendukung visi dan misi Pemerintah Kota Bandung untuk mewujudkan Bandung yang semakin unggul dan berkarakter,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Kwartir Cabang Kota Bandung, Heri Hermawan, meyakini bahwa Gerakan Pramuka memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk SDM dan generasi yang unggul serta berkarakter.
“Gerakan Pramuka memiliki peran strategis khususnya dalam membentuk generasi Z yang pintar, kritis, dan berkepribadian luhur,” ucap Heri.
“Tujuan utama pramuka adalah membangun karakter yang kuat, menanamkan semangat cinta tanah air dan NKRI, serta menumbuhkan keterampilan hidup yang bermanfaat bagi diri dan masyarakat,” imbuhnya.

Melalui kegiatan ini, Gerakan Pramuka bersama Pemkot Bandung berkomitmen untuk terus memperkuat pembinaan karakter khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan.
Semangat Bandung Scout Move On diharapkan menjadi dorongan baru bagi seluruh pembina dan peserta didik untuk terus berinovasi, berkolaborasi, dan berkontribusi nyata bagi kemajuan Kota Bandung.
