Satresnarkoba Polres Serang Tangkap Pelaku Pengedar Narkoba Jenis Sabu
Serang, JurnalTIPIKOR.Com– AM alias Peyek (29), pengedar sabu disergap personel Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Serang di depan Polsek Cikeusal setelah diikuti petugas semenjak dari rumahnya, Selasa (1/8) dini hari.
Dari dalam rumah tersangka di Desa Cilayang Guha, Kecamatan Cikeusal, Kabupaten Serang, petugas berhasil mengamankan 8 paket sabu dalam saku jaket. Selain 8 paket sabu, petugas juga mengamankan 1 unit handphone yang dijadikan sarana transaksi sabu.
Kapolres Serang AKBP Wiwin Setiawan mengatakan pengungkapan kasus peredaran narkoba ini bermula dari informasi masyarakat yang diterima personel Satresnarkoba jika tersangka yang pengangguran ini diduga berprofesi sebagai pengedar narkoba.
Berbekal dari informasi tersebut, tim satresnarkoba yang dipimpin Iptu Rian Jaya Surana segera melakukan pendalaman informasi. Sekitar pukul 02.00, tersangka Peyek yang dicurigai sebagai pengedar diketahui keluar rumahnya.

“Karena dicurigai sebagai pengedar narkoba, petugas mencoba mengikuti motor yang dikendarai tersangka,” kata Kapolres didampingi Kasatresnarkoba AKP Michael K Tandayu Rabu (2/8/2023).
Ketika tersangka melintas di depan Mapolsek Cikeusal, petugas langsung melakukan penyergapan dan penggeledahan.
Dalam penggeledahan, kata Kapolres, petugas tidak menemukan barang bukti pada tubuh tersangka namun dari handphone yang diamankan dari saku celana, petugas memperoleh petunjuk jika tersangka adalah pengedar narkoba.
“Dalam handphone ada percakapan soal transaksi sabu serta lokasi-lokasi penyimpanan sabu yang telah dipesan konsumen,” jelasnya.
Saat lokasi tersebut diperiksa ternyata sabu yang disembunyikan itu sudah diambil pemesan. Meski demikian, petugas melanjutkan penggeledahan di rumah tersangka dan berhasil menemukan 8 paket sabu dari saku jaket yang digantungkan di balik pintu kamar.
Kapolres menyampaikan apresiasi dan ucapan terima kasih kepada masyarakat yang telah membantu dalam pemberantasan narkoba. Iapun mengingatkan agar masyarakat menjauhi narkoba karena pihaknya akan menindak tegas tanpa tebang pilih.
“Kami berharap sinergitas ini bisa terus ditingkatkan agar peredaran narkoba bisa ditekan atau dihilangkan,” tandasnya.
Sementara AKP Michael K Tandayu menambahkan dari hasil pemeriksaan tersangka mengaku baru 1 bulan melakukan bisnis narkoba. Alasannya untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari karena tersangka tidak memiliki pekerjaan.

“Tersangka mengaku mendapatkan sabu dari orang yang mengaku warga Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. Hanya saja tersangka tidak mengetahui secara jelas karena transaksi dilakukan tidak secara langsung,” tambahnya.
Akibat dari perbuatannya, kedua tersangka dijerat Pasal 114 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 112 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 5 tahun penjara. (Bidhumas).
