Ruhimat atau Kang Jimat menghadiri penyerahan Perjanjian Kerja dan Surat Perintah Melaksanakan Tugas (SPMT) bagi 822 Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) jabatan fungsional guru formasi tahun 2022 Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang, bertempat di Bale Dahana, Jumat (28/7/ 2023)
Dalam laporannya, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Subang selaku ketua penyelenggara, Tatang Komara, S.Pd., M.Si. mengucapkan selamat pada para PPPK guru formasi tahun 2022 yang telah menerima SK. Dirinya pun mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kang Jimat yang telah memfasilitasi penyerahan SK yang tidak mencapai waktu 1 tahun. Tatang pun menuturkan PPPK di Kabupaten Subang merupakan “sejarah” karena merupakan pengangkatan terbanyak se- Indonesia. “Junjung tinggilah kehormatan saudara sebagai ASN, bekerjalah dengan komitmen atas kinerja kita. Pak Bupati tidak ingin setelah terima SK kinerja malah menjadi menurun.” Pesan Tatang
“Selanjutnya, mewakili PPPK yang menerima PK dan SPMT, yaitu Indra Suprihat, S.Pd dan Sekar Fitri, S.Pd. mengungkapkan rasa terima kasih kepada Bupati Subang karena proses perekrutan PPPK dari awal sampai akhir tidak dipungut biaya apapun. Sejalan dengan prinsip kepemimpinan Jimat-Akur yaitu ‘Zero Rupiah’.

“Dalam sambutannya, Kang Jimat menghaturkan selamat kepada para PPPK Guru yang menerima SK dan SPMT pada kegiatan tersebut. Dirinya pun mengharapkan pengangkatan para guru honorer menjadi PPPK dapat memperbaiki kesejahteraan guru. “Saya merasakan betul honor ‘tidak manusiawi’ dan guru kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. atas dasar pemikiran itu saya terpanggil untuk memperjuangkan nasib teman-teman semuanya. Saya berharap, setelah menerima SK, kualitas pendidikan di masa depan, ada di pundak bapak-ibu semua. Saya harap semua siap. kita tidak bisa hanya bekerja sekedarnya.” Pesan Kang Jimat.”
“Kang Jimat berharap kepada PPPK Guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya dalam menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing. Kang Jimat menuturkan pengangkatan PPPK guru adalah komitmen pemerintah daerah, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sekaligus bukti kepedulian Pemkab Subang terhadap guru honorer yang sudah lama mengabdi, mencurahkan tenaga dan pikirannya demi pembangunan pendidikan di Kabupaten Subang. “Tunjukan kinerja terbaik, karena saudara sekalian adalah orang-orang terpilih.” Pesan Kang Jimat.
