Bejat ! Seorang Ayah di Subang Tega Paksa Anak Kandungnya Layani Nafsu Birahinya Sebanyak 10 Kali hingga Hamil
Subang, Jurnal TIPIKOR.com – Entah apa yang merasuki seorang ayah berinisial HN (35) yang tega memperkosa anak kandungnya sendiri untuk memuaskan nafsu birahinya sebanyak 10 kali hingga kini hamil 5 bulan.
Akibat perbuatannya, HN harus berurusan dengan pihak kepolisian dan mendekam di jeruji besi.
Kapolres Subang AKBP Ariek Indra Sentanu, S.H, S.I.K, M.H didampingi Kasat Reskrim Polres Subang AKP Ade Rizki Fitriawan mengatakan tersangka melakukan aksi bejadnya dengan cara memaksa anaknya tersebut.
“Tersangka melakukan persetubuhan terhadap korban sebanyak 10 kali dengan paksaan, sehingga korban hamil lima bulan,” ungkap AKBP Ariek dalam Konferensi persnya di Halaman Mapolres Subang, Rabu (26/7/2023) siang.

kasus tersebut berdasarkan laporan pihak Keluarga kepada Unit PPA Satreskrim Polres Subang . Maka tidak butuh waktu lama, tersangka berhasil ditangkap polisi. Dari tersangka dan korban disita barang bukti yang kini telah diamankan.

“Pengakuan tersangka nekat melakukan persetubuhan kepada korban karena mabuk dan istrinya hamil. Perbuatan bejadnya terhadap korban dilakukan di kontrakan saat istrinya sedang berjualan,” ucapnya.
Saat ditanya langsung oleh Wartawan, Pelaku pemerkosaan HN (35) mengaku melancarkan aksi bejat ke anak kandungnya tersebut dipaksa.
“Iya saya paksa. Dilakukan di kontrakan,”ungkapnya.
Akibat ulahnya, lanjutnya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 81 ayat 1 Jo Pasal 76 D dan atau Pasal 81 ayat 3 Undang-undang RI Nomor 35 tahun 2014 atas perubahan Undang-undang RI Nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak Jo Undang-undang RI Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-undang Nomor 1 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas Undang-undang RI Nomor 23 tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Anak menjadi Undang-undang Jo Pasal 64 KUHPidana dengan ancaman pidana penjara minimal 5 tahun atau paling lama 15 tahun penjara, serta denda paling banyak Rp5 miliar serta ditambah 1/3 dari ancaman pidana karena tersangka dilakukan oleh orang tua.
