HAM Dorong Pemkab Adanya Penambahan TPP ASN Wajo
SENGKANG, Jurnal TIPIKOR.Com – Haji Ambo Mappasessu (HAM) Politisi dari partai Hanura Kabupaten Wajo yang juga merupakan Ketua Komisi l DPRD Kabupaten Wajo, Sulsel mendorong pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Wajo untuk adanya penambahan anggaran tunjangan bagi ASN untuk adanya penambahan anggaran Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP).
Melalui sambungan telepon selulernya Sabtu 29 Juli 2023 kepada awak media ini, pria yang akrab disapa HAM ini mengungkapkan hal tersebut dan mengatakan agar adanya perhatian bagi Pemkab Wajo untuk menambah anggaran TPP ASN.
“Kami dorong ini dan harap pada apbd perubahan 2023 nantinya dapat diusulkan adanya penambahan anggaran tersebut”. Cetusnya.

Mengingat, tahun ini Pemkab Wajo memiliki pendapat dari Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) sebesar Rp37.961.902.291. Anggaran tersebut merupakan belanja pegawai yang tidak terealisasi pada tahun 2022 lalu.
HAM mengatakan, pada dasarnya pemberian tambahan penghasilan ASN jelas bukan merupakan belanja wajib, sebagai amanat PP No. 12 tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah.
Memungkinkan atau tidaknya, Pemda memberikan TPP sesuai dengan kemampuan keuangan daerah.
Tapi kan, anggaran ada. Ada pendapatan Pemda Rp37,9 miliar. Itulah yang saya harapkan (anggaran Rp37,9 miliar, red) dipakai, ditambahkan anggaran TPP ASN,” ujarnya, Jumat, 28 Juli.
Berdasarkan data tercatat, pagu anggaran TPP ASN tahun 2023 sebesar Rp160.467.081.465. Angka tersebut lebih rendah dibandingkan pagu TPP tahun sebelumnya, Rp163.003.321.994 di tahun 2022.
