Satreskrim Polres Lebak Berhasil Amankan Enam Pelaku Pengeroyokan di Sajira

Lebak, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Polres Lebak Polda Banten melaksanakan Press Conference terkait pengungkapan kasus tindak pidana dengan sengaja menghilangkan nyawa orang lain atau tindak pidana melakukan kekerasan secara bersama-sama yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia bertempat di Polres Lebak pada Kamis (04/05).

Dalam Press Conference Tersebut Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Wiwin Setiawan didampingi Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak Iptu Andi Kurniady Eka Setyabudi, Kasie Humas Polres Lebak Iptu Aminarto, Kanit 1 Krimum Satreskrim Polres Lebak Iptu M.Hazali Alvian dan Rekan Media Pers Lebak.

Kejadian tersebut terjadi pada Rabu (26/04) sekira pukul 12.00 wib di Kp. Cisedang Rt/Rw 23/07 Desa Margaluyu Kec. Sajira Kab. Lebak.

Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Wiwin Setiawan mengatakan, “Kejadian ini bermula dari adanya informasi yang di dapat oleh para pelaku dari Ketua RT setempat yang itu sdr. HS (55) bahwa Korban SR (52) mengancam akan membakar kampung dan akan membelah kepala warga masyarakat Kp. Cisedang,” terang Wiwin.

“Kemudian Pada hari rabu tanggal 26 April 2023 sekira pukul 11.50 wib, para pelaku mendatangi korban dengan membawa senjata tajam kemudian salah satu pelaku bertanya kebenaran informasi terkait korban SR mengancam akan membakar rumah warga dan membacok siapa saja yang menghalangi, namun saat itu korban SR menjawab dengan nada tinggi sehingga mendapat jawaban tersebut, para pelaku menjadi emosi dan melakukan kekerasan terhadap pelaku dengan cara membacokkan senjata tajam, kemudian korban jatuh tidak berdaya dengan bersimbah darah dan luka sobek di beberapa bagian tubuhnya dan kemudian korban meninggal dunia,” lanjut Wiwin.

Polres Lebak berhasil mengamankan pelaku dan masih terdapat DPO dalam kasus ini. “Saat ini kami Jajaran Satreskrim Polres Lebak Polda Banten telah berhasil mengamankan Enam pelaku yaitu MJ (54), HS (55), SDM (34), NRJ (24), SNR (34), BHR (48) dan Kita juga masih melakukan pengejaran terhadap Empat Pelaku lain yang masuk Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO),” ungkap Wiwin.

Dalam hal ini Wiwin menjelaskan pihaknya berhasil mengamankan beberapa barang bukti. “Barang bukti yang diamankan yaitu satu Golok berukuran 35 cm yang dibungkus sarang golok berwarna Cream, satu Golok berukuran 55 CM yang dibungkus sarang golok berwarna Coklat, satu Golok berukuran 30 CM yang dibungkus sarang golok berwarna Coklat, satu Golok berukuran 30 CM yang dibungkus sarang golok berwarna Coklat dan satu Setel pakaian korban yang dipakai pada saat kejadian,” tuturnya.

Wiwin menjelaskan motif pelaku dalam melakukan perbuatan tersebut. “Adapun motif para pelaku melakukan tindak pidana tersebut karena pelaku merasa geram dan emosi mendengar ancaman korban,”

“Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya para pelaku dikenakan Pasal 170 KUHP dan Pasal 360 KUHP, Untuk Para Tersangka yang Melakukan Penganiayaan Dikenakan Pasal 170 KUH Pidana dan 338 KUH Pidana, dengan Ancaman hukuman penjara selama-lamanya 15 Tahun dan Para Tersangka yang Melakukan Penghasutan dikenakan Pasal 55 KUH Pidana dan 160 KUH Pidana, dengan Ancaman Hukuman Penjara selama –lamanya 6 Tahun,” tegas Wiwin.

“Kami menghimbau kepada para pelaku yang masuk DPO agar segera menyerahkan diri ke Pihak Kepolisian dan kami juga menghimbau kepada warga masyarakat agar tidak terprovokasi dengan adanya kejadian ini dan tidak melakukan serangan balasan, serahkan kasus ini kepada pihak Kepolisian,” imbaunya.

Sementara itu Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak Polda Banten Iptu Andi Kurniady Eka Setyabudi menjelaskan kronologis penangkapan, “Mendapatkan laporan kejadian tersebut kami Jajaran Satreskrim Polres Lebak mendatangi TKP dan melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap saksi-saksi, kemudian Satreskrim Polres Lebak bersama dengan Polsek Sajira bertindak cepat dengan mengamankan pelaku yang diduga sebagai provokator, Yaitu MJ dan HS,” ucap Andi.

“Kemudian pada Kamis (27/04) dengan bantuan aparat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh agama serta Pemerintah Desa Margaluyu Ke-empat pelaku lainnya yaitu Sdr. SDM,Sdr.NRJ, Sdr. SNR dan Sdr. BHR menyerahkan diri ke Pihak ihak Kepolisian,” tutup Andi (Bidhumas).
