Polda Jambi :Dalam Operasi Ketupat 2023, Laka Lantas Meningkat 30 %
Jambi, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Operasi Ketupat 2023 telah resmi berakhir pada Senin, 01 Mei 2023 pukul 00.00 wib, Operasi ini telah dilaksanakan selama 14 hari dari tanggal 17 April 2023 lalu.
Berdasarkan laporan dari Posko Ops Ketupat 2023, terdata laka lantas pada Operasi Ketupat 2023 ini mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 38,5 %.
Kapolda Jambi Irjen Pol. Rusdi Hartono melalui Kabid Humas Polda Jambi Kombes Pol. Mulia Prianto menyampaikan,
terdata pada Ops Ketupat tahun 2022 yang lalu, laka lantas yang terjadi ada 13 kejadian, sedangkan tahun 2023 ini terdapat 18 kejadian yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah hukum Polda Jambi.

Lebih lengkap dikatakan Kabid Humas bahwa wilayah yang tertinggi terjadinya laka lantas yaitu di Kab. Bungo dan Kab. Merangin.
” Untuk korban meninggal dunia pada tahun 2022 ada 4 orang, sedangkan tahun 2023 terdata ada 9 orang, persentase untuk korban meninggal dunia pada laka lantas juga mengalami kenaikan. ” Ungkap Kabid Humas.
Ditambahkan juga oleh Kabid Humas, untuk tindak kejahatan mengalami kenaikan dengan kasus terbanyak yaitu di Kab. Kerinci, terjadi 18 kasus dan di Kab. Merangin 16 kasus. Sedangkan kejadian menonjol selama Operasi Ketupat 2023 adanya penumpang bus ALS yang meninggal dunia di rumah makan di Kec. Singkut Kab. Sarolangun.
” Walaupun pada tahun 2023 ini kejadian laka lantas mengalami kenaikan, namun arus mudik dan balik sangat lancar, dan situasi Kamtibmas juga terkendali, tidak adanya kejadian yang membuat resah masyarakat. Kedepannya kita akan selalu waspada dan terus berbenah agar lebih baik lagi”. Tutup Kabid Humas.
