KPK Sita Rp5,3 Miliar dan Bilyet Deposito Rp28 Miliar dalam Kasus Korupsi Pengadaan Mesin EDC Bank Pemerintah
JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) berhasil menyita uang tunai sebesar Rp5,3 miliar yang tersimpan di rekening swasta, serta bilyet deposito senilai Rp28 miliar, dalam penggeledahan yang dilakukan pada 1-2 Juli 2025.
Penyitaan ini merupakan bagian dari penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan mesin electronic data capture (EDC) di bank pemerintah untuk periode 2020–2024.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan bahwa uang Rp5,3 miliar tersebut diduga terkait langsung dengan perkara pengadaan mesin EDC dan telah dipindahkan ke rekening KPK.
“KPK mengamankan dan menyita barang bukti yang diduga punya keterkaitan secara langsung dengan perkara tersebut, yaitu berupa uang sebesar Rp5,3 miliar yang tersimpan di rekening swasta,” ujar Budi di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Kamis (3/7).
Penggeledahan yang dilakukan di tujuh lokasi, meliputi lima rumah dan dua kantor vendor di Jakarta dan sekitarnya, juga menyita sejumlah dokumen penting dan barang bukti elektronik.
Budi menduga uang yang disita merupakan bagian dari biaya pengadaan mesin EDC bank tersebut.
Sebelumnya, pada 26 Juni 2025, KPK telah menggeledah dua lokasi, yaitu Kantor PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Pusat di Jalan Sudirman dan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta.
Dari penggeledahan tersebut, KPK menyita dokumen terkait pengadaan, tabungan, barang bukti elektronik, dan catatan keuangan.

Pada hari yang sama, KPK secara resmi mengumumkan dimulainya penyidikan baru terkait kasus pengadaan mesin EDC ini.
Pada 30 Juni 2025, KPK mengungkapkan bahwa nilai proyek pengadaan mesin EDC tersebut mencapai Rp2,1 triliun. Terkait kasus ini, KPK juga telah mencegah 13 orang untuk bepergian ke luar negeri.
Mereka yang dicekal berinisial CBH, IU, DS, MI, AJ, IS, AWS, IP, KS, ELV, NI, RSK, dan SRD. Dua di antaranya adalah mantan Wakil Direktur Utama BRI Catur Budi Harto dan mantan Direktur Digital dan Teknologi Informasi BRI Indra Utoyo, yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk.
KPK memperkirakan kerugian keuangan negara akibat kasus ini mencapai Rp700 miliar, atau sekitar 30 persen dari total nilai proyek pengadaan. Pernyataan ini disampaikan KPK pada 1 Juli 2025.
Penyelidikan kasus ini terus berlanjut, dan KPK berkomitmen untuk menuntaskan perkara dugaan korupsi ini demi memulihkan keuangan negara.
