JPU KPK Hadirkan Empat Saksi Daring dalam Sidang Lanjutan Rohidin Mersyah Terkait Dugaan Gratifikasi dan Aset

Bengkulu, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) RI kembali menggelar sidang lanjutan kasus dugaan gratifikasi dan pemerasan dengan terdakwa mantan Gubernur Bengkulu Rohidin Mersyah, mantan Sekretaris Daerah Bengkulu Isnan Fajri, dan mantan ajudan gubernur Evriansyah alias Anca.

Sidang yang dilaksanakan di Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Bengkulu pada Kamis (3/7/2025) ini menghadirkan empat saksi secara daring dari luar Provinsi Bengkulu.

Keempat saksi yang dihadirkan adalah mantan Direktur Utama Bank Bengkulu Beni Harjoni, Nurdiana Latifa, Linda Ema, dan Suandari Handayani.

Pemeriksaan saksi-saksi ini berfokus pada kepemilikan aset rumah milik Rohidin Mersyah yang berada di Yogyakarta.

“Hari ini masih terkait dengan gratifikasi dan aset yang ada pada terdakwa Rohidin. Kalau aset rumah di Yogyakarta itu kemungkinan terkait dengan tindak pidana yang dilakukan, karena terjadinya jual beli hingga balik nama itu rentang waktu Mei hingga Desember 2024,” jelas JPU KPK RI Ade Azhari di Kota Bengkulu.

Ade Azhari menambahkan bahwa seharusnya ada tujuh saksi yang diperiksa, namun tiga di antaranya, yaitu Derta Wahyulin (istri terdakwa Rohidin Mersyah), Zamharini, dan Hamdi, berhalangan hadir.

Ketiganya akan dijadwalkan kembali untuk dimintai keterangan pada minggu depan terkait aset milik Rohidin Mersyah yang diduga dibeli dari hasil tindak pidana.

Di sisi lain, mantan Direktur Umum Bank Bengkulu Beni Harjoni dalam kesaksiannya mengaku tidak mengetahui adanya penerimaan pegawai Bank Bengkulu dengan membayar uang ratusan juta. Ia beralasan hanya menjabat selama 12 bulan.

Beni Harjoni juga mengungkapkan bahwa ia diminta untuk mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya sekitar bulan Februari atau Maret 2025, padahal berdasarkan Surat Keputusan (SK) ia seharusnya menjabat hingga tahun 2028. Namun, ia tidak dapat menyebutkan pihak yang memintanya mundur.

Menanggapi terkait aset rumah di Yogyakarta, Rohidin Mersyah menjelaskan di persidangan bahwa ia membeli rumah tersebut pada Mei 2024 dengan harga Rp1,45 miliar.

Ia meminta Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) untuk mengurus semua proses pembelian dan balik nama guna mempermudah.

“Memang betul yang mulia, saya membeli rumah tersebut dengan harga Rp1,45 miliar. Kenapa nama sertifikat dibuat atas nama Derta, agar lebih mudah pengurusannya, uang yang saya bayarkan itu sudah termasuk semua biaya pengurusan dan transaksinya dan pembelian rumah itu menggunakan uang pribadi saya,” terang Rohidin dalam persidangan.
