Polda Banten Gelar Sidang Terbuka Kelulusan Penerimaan Tamtama Polri Tahun 2023
Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Dalam Seleksi Penerimaan Tamtama Polri Gelombang II T.A. 2023 telah mencapai puncak kelulusan, setelah melewati berbagai macam tes yaitu pemeriksaan administrasi (Rikmin), Pemeriksaan Kesehatan (Rikkes), tes Psikologi, tes Jasmani, dan tes Akademik.

Dwita Kumu Wardana didampingi Kabid Propam Polda Banten Kombes Pol Riko Junaldy dan Auditor Madya Tk III Kombes Pol Andrie memimpin Sidang Terbuka Penentuan Kelulusan Tingkat Panitia Daerah (Panda) dalam Penerimaan Tamtama Polri Gelombang II T.A. 2023 di Rupatama Polda Banten pada Jumat (21/07).
Dalam kesempatan ini, Karo SDM Polda Banten Kombes Pol Muh. Dwita Kumu Wardana menyampaikan bahwa kelulusan ini hendaknya dijadikan momentum.
“Saya merasa bangga dan senang, ini adalah final dari kegiatan dalam rangka rekrutmen Tamtama Polri Gelombang II T.A. 2023. Ini merupakan hal yang patut dijadikan momentum oleh adik-adik semuanya. Anda bisa mengikuti semua kegiatan, mulai dari tes awal sampai akhir, jadi bisa tau seperti ini jika ingin menjadi anggota Bhayangkara,” kata Dwita.

Dwita juga mengatakan proses rekrutmen berjalan baik. Hal ini dapat terwujud, bukan hanya karena adanya perbaikan kultur dan sistem seleksi yang terus dilakukan oleh Polri, namun juga sangat ditentukan oleh tingginya integritas dan komitmen dari seluruh pihak, baik panitia seleksi, unsur pengawas, orang tua wali, maupun dari para peserta itu sendiri, untuk benar-benar taat kepada prinsip BETAH, yakni Bersih, Transparan, Akuntabel dan Humanis. Tegaknya komitmen dan moralitas dari seluruh pihak, untuk mewujudkan penerimaan anggota Polri yang clear and clean.
“Saya yakin dan percaya, para peserta telah mengeluarkan kemampuan terbaiknya pada seleksi kali ini dan telah kita ikuti bersama sidang terbuka kelulusan tingkat Panda untuk calon siswa Tamtama Polri,“ kata Dwita.
Selanjutnya Dwita menjelaskan tentang sidang kelulusan Tamtama Polri Gelombang II T.A. 2023 yang dilaksanakan oleh Polda Banten tahun ini.
“Pada tahun ini sesuai data pendaftar online Tamtama Brimob sebanyak 179 Pria dan Tamtama Polair sebanyak 13 Pria jadi jumlah pendaftar sebanyak 192 Pria, sedangkan untuk yang dinyatakan lulus Tamtama Brimob sebanyak 23 Pria dan Tamtama Polair sebanyak 1 Pria total yang diterima sebanyak 24 Pria. Mereka yang lulus ini betul-betul karena hasil jerih payah dari yang bersangkutan, jadi tidak ada dari siapapun yang bisa membantu mereka lulus. Jadi yang menentukan kelulusan itu adalah anak-anak sendiri, kalau nilainya bagus di jamin lulus,” jelas Dwita.
Ia juga menyampaikan kepada yang lulus namun tidak terpilih. “Masih ada kesempatan untuk berlatih, di tahun depan masih ada lagi. Karena setiap tahun ada penerimaan anggota Polri dan tentunya dari sekarang harus belajar agar nanti dalam kesempatan berikutnya kita lulus terpilih,” ucap Dwita.
Sementara itu Kabid Humas Polda Banten Kombes Pol Didik Hariyanto mengatakan bahwa proses rekrutmen Tamtama Polri Gelombang II T.A. 2023 konsisten menerapkan Prinsip BETAH Bersih Transparan Akuntabel dan Humanis.
“Pertama harus bersih transparan akuntabel dan juga humanis. Artinya, semua mekanisme sudah melalui jalur objektif berdasarkan pada hasil tes,” tandas Didik. (Bidhumas)
