Pada akhirnya , Ia mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk mengawal program ini dengan sebaik-baiknya agar tepat sasaran dan peruntukannya, sehingga dapat dinikmati dan dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat Sulawesi Tengah.
