Selaku salah satu unsur pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Kaur, Herdian Sapta Nugraha, S.H Wakil Ketua I DPRD Kabupaten Kaur memberikan bantuan tersebut yakni bukti rasa kepeduliannya terhadap masyarakat di Kecamatan Muara Sahung khususnya, mengingat kondisi akses jalan apabila hujan deras, jalan tersebut susah untuk dilewati kendaraan, sementara daerah tersebut terkenal salah satu penghasil pertanian yakni kopi dan sawit.
