Kaur, Bengkulu – jurnaltipikor.com // Pemerintah Kabupaten Kaur kembali melakukan rotasi dan promosi jabatan di lingkungan birokrasi daerah. Sebanyak 21 pejabat struktural dilantik langsung oleh Bupati Kaur, Gusril Pausi, S. Sos, M. AP, dalam sebuah acara yang digelar di Aula Setda Kaur pada Senin, 27 Oktober 2025.
Pelantikan ini mencakup 14 pejabat eselon II, 4 pejabat eselon III, dan 3 pejabat eselon IV. Pejabat eselon II yang dilantik menempati posisi strategis, termasuk Kepala Dinas, Kepala Badan, dan Staf Ahli Bupati, sementara rotasi eselon III dan IV bertujuan memperkuat struktur organisasi di tingkat bidang dan seksi.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Gusril Pausi menegaskan bahwa mutasi dan rotasi jabatan adalah hal yang wajar dan merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja birokrasi pemerintah daerah serta bagian dari evaluasi kinerja.
“Saya berharap pejabat yang dilantik hari ini agar dapat bekerja dengan cepat, tanggap, serta berorientasi pada pelayanan publik,” tutur Bupati.
Bupati juga menekankan pentingnya loyalitas, integritas, serta komitmen terhadap visi pembangunan daerah bagi pejabat yang baru dilantik.
Beliau berharap mereka dapat segera beradaptasi dan menyesuaikan diri dengan tantangan tugas di bidang masing-masing.
“Saya berharap pejabat yang baru dilantik, mulai hari ini hingga ke depan dapat segera bekerja dan beradaptasi serta menyesuaikan diri masing-masing terhadap lingkungan tempat kalian bekerja,” tegasnya.

Plt Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Kaur, Dr. Ir. Hiftario Syaputra, ST, menambahkan bahwa pelantikan kali ini telah memperhatikan hasil evaluasi kinerja serta kebutuhan organisasi.
“Rotasi ini telah melalui proses seleksi yang panjang serta pertimbangan yang matang. Kita ingin memastikan setiap jabatan diisi oleh orang yang tepat sesuai kompetensi dan pengalaman masing-masing,” tambah Hiftario.
