Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Menteri Keuangan Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa menyerahkan sepenuhnya proses penggeledahan terhadap pejabat Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) terkait dugaan korupsi Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) kepada Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung).
Proses hukum ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari penggeledahan yang dilakukan Kejagung di kantor Bea Cukai pada Rabu (22/10).
“Biar saja, itu kan orang lain yang periksa,” kata Menteri Purbaya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan di kantor Kementerian Keuangan, Jakarta, Jumat (24/10/2025).

Purbaya mengakui bahwa taktik yang digunakan oleh eksportir dalam kasus ini terbilang “cakap” atau “canggih,” yang menurutnya akan membuat pembuktian ilmiahnya menjadi cukup menantang dan “debatable.”
Namun, ia memilih untuk tidak mengelaborasi lebih jauh mengenai maksudnya. “Kelihatannya sih si eksportir cukup canggih. Tapi pasti itu akan debatable bukti ilmiahnya seperti apa. Saya nggak tahu, biar saja prosesnya berjalan,” ujarnya.
Ketika ditanya apakah dirinya yang melaporkan dugaan kasus korupsi tersebut ke Kejagung, Menteri Purbaya hanya tersenyum tanpa memberikan jawaban.
Dalam kesempatan terpisah, Purbaya menjelaskan bahwa langkah yang dilakukan Kejagung ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi kerja sama antara Kementerian Keuangan dan Kejaksaan Agung.
“Kejagung pernah bertanya kalau ada yang salah di Bea Cukai dilindungi nggak? Saya bilang nggak, kalau salah, salah saja. Ini mungkin salah satu implementasi kerja sama itu. Saya nggak tahu detilnya seperti apa,” ujar Purbaya pada malam sebelumnya, Kamis (23/10).
Sementara itu, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Anang Supriatna, membenarkan bahwa penyidik pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) telah melakukan penggeledahan.
“Terkait dengan penggeledahan di kantor Bea Cukai, memang benar ada beberapa tindakan-tindakan hukum, langkah-langkah hukum yang dilakukan oleh tim penyidik Jampidsus dalam rangka mencari informasi dan data,” kata Anang di Jakarta, Jumat (24/10/2025).
Anang menyebut kasus korupsi yang menjadi fokus penggeledahan adalah dugaan korupsi ekspor POME sekitar tahun 2022.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa penggeledahan dilakukan dalam rangka menemukan alat-alat bukti untuk proses penegakan hukum dan tidak hanya terbatas di kantor Bea Cukai, namun juga di beberapa lokasi lain, meskipun lokasi detailnya tidak dirinci karena sifatnya yang masih dalam tahap penyidikan.
