Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini memanggil dua manajer di PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) sebagai saksi dalam penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi terkait pengadaan digitalisasi Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di PT Pertamina (Persero) periode 2018–2023.
“Pemeriksaan atas nama LP dan DR selaku Manager Managed Operation Support-1 PT Telkom,” ujar Juru Bicara Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Budi Prasetyo saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Jumat (24/10/2025).
Budi mengatakan pemeriksaan kedua saksi tersebut diagendakan bertempat di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta.
Penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek digitalisasi SPBU di Pertamina ini telah dimulai oleh KPK sejak September 2024 dan naik dari tahap penyelidikan. KPK telah memanggil sejumlah saksi terkait kasus ini sejak 20 Januari 2025.

Pada tanggal yang sama (20 Januari 2025), KPK mengungkapkan bahwa telah menetapkan tersangka dalam kasus ini, meskipun jumlahnya baru diumumkan pada 31 Januari 2025, yakni sebanyak tiga orang.
Pada 28 Agustus 2025, KPK mengungkapkan bahwa penyidikan kasus digitalisasi SPBU telah memasuki tahap akhir, dan tengah menghitung kerugian keuangan negaranya bersama Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI.
Lebih lanjut, pada 6 Oktober 2025, KPK mengumumkan bahwa salah satu tersangka kasus digitalisasi SPBU adalah sama dengan tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan mesin electronic data capture (EDC) di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia atau BRI (Persero) pada tahun 2020–2024, yakni Elvizar (EL). Elvizar diketahui merupakan Direktur PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi (PCS) saat kasus digitalisasi SPBU, dan menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PCS dalam kasus mesin EDC.
Pemeriksaan saksi dari PT Telkom ini diharapkan dapat memberikan keterangan yang memperjelas konstruksi hukum dan melengkapi alat bukti dalam penyidikan kasus yang merugikan keuangan negara ini.
