BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Peserta Didik Sekolah Staf dan Pimpinan Menengah (Sespimma) Polri Angkatan ke-74 Tahun Ajaran 2025 melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Profesi (KKP) di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Bandung pada Senin, 20 Oktober 2025.
Kunjungan ini berfokus pada pertukaran ilmu dan strategi dalam menghadapi tantangan hoaks, disinformasi, dan kejahatan siber di era digital.
KKP yang mengusung tema “Sinergitas Kerjasama Polri dengan Diskominfo Kota Bandung Guna Mencegah Disinformasi dan Penanganan Berita Hoaks dalam Rangka Memelihara Kamtibmas” ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antarlembaga untuk menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (Kamtibmas) di ruang digital.
Widyaiswara Sespimma Lemdiklat Polri, Kombes Pol Hidayat, menyebutkan bahwa kolaborasi antara Polri dan pemerintah daerah adalah kunci untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital, khususnya dalam menekan penyebaran hoaks.
“Diseminasi informasi yang tidak tepat dapat menimbulkan disinformasi di masyarakat. Karena itu, sinergi antara Polri dan Diskominfo sangat penting untuk menjaga ruang digital tetap kondusif,” ujar Kombes Pol Hidayat di Balai Kota.
Senada dengan hal tersebut, Kepala Diskominfo Kota Bandung, Yayan A. Brilyana, menyampaikan bahwa tantangan keamanan informasi yang semakin kompleks menuntut kolaborasi lintas lembaga sebagai keharusan.
“Hari ini ruang digital menjadi bagian dari ruang publik yang harus kita jaga bersama. Hoaks, disinformasi, dan serangan siber bisa berdampak langsung pada keamanan masyarakat. Karena itu, Polri dan Diskominfo harus terus bersinergi untuk membangun literasi digital yang kuat dan sistem komunikasi publik yang terpercaya,” kata Yayan.
Diskominfo Bandung berkomitmen mendukung upaya Polri dalam menjaga Kamtibmas digital melalui berbagai program edukasi, peningkatan keamanan data, serta kolaborasi dengan aparat penegak hukum.
Dalam sesi pertukaran ilmu, Ketua Tim Penguatan Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (PKIP) Diskominfo memaparkan strategi penanganan hoaks di berbagai platform digital. Sementara itu, Sekretaris Diskominfo, Mahyudin, menjelaskan tentang pembangunan infrastruktur digital Kota Bandung yang mendukung penyebaran informasi publik yang aman dan akurat.
Ia juga memperkenalkan program “Ngulik” (Ngobrol dan Diskusi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi digital di tengah masyarakat dan sekolah.
Kolaborasi Diskominfo juga telah terjalin dengan Humas Polrestabes Bandung untuk sosialisasi bersama terkait penegakan dan penindakan pelanggaran Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE).
Selain Diskominfo, KKP Sespimma Polri juga melibatkan instansi lain, termasuk Kesbangpol Provinsi Jawa Barat, BPBD Jawa Barat, Dishub Jawa Barat, dan Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Jawa Barat.
Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta Sespimma Polri diharapkan dapat memperdalam pemahaman tentang tantangan komunikasi publik di era digital dan memperkuat kemampuan sinergi lintas instansi.
Kolaborasi ini menjadi langkah nyata dalam menciptakan ruang informasi yang sehat dan menjaga stabilitas keamanan masyarakat.
