JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mendalami kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan liquefied natural gas (LNG) atau gas alam cair di PT Pertamina (Persero) untuk periode 2011 hingga 2021. Upaya pendalaman ini dilakukan dengan memeriksa sejumlah saksi.
Pada Kamis (16/10), KPK memeriksa mantan Sekretaris Perusahaan (Sekper) PT Pertamina (Persero), Tajudin Noor (TN), sebagai saksi.
“Saksi didalami terkait dengan proses-proses pengadaan dari LNG tersebut,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Jumat (17/10).
Selain Tajudin Noor, KPK juga melakukan pendalaman materi yang sama saat memeriksa saksi lainnya, yakni TAH selaku Business Development Manager PT Bayu Buana Gemilang.
Kasus dugaan suap pengadaan gas alam cair ini mulai disidik KPK sejak 6 Juni 2022. Kasus ini diperkirakan merugikan keuangan negara sekitar 140 juta dolar Amerika Serikat.
Sebelumnya, KPK telah menetapkan Direktur Utama Pertamina periode 2011–2014, Karen Agustiawan, sebagai tersangka pada 19 September 2023.
Karen divonis sembilan tahun penjara dan denda Rp500 juta subsider tiga bulan kurungan oleh Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta pada 24 Juni 2024. Mahkamah Agung (MA) kemudian memperberat vonis tersebut menjadi 13 tahun penjara pada 28 Februari 2025.

Perkembangan terkini, KPK pada 2 Juli 2024 telah menetapkan dua tersangka baru dalam kasus yang sama, yakni mantan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Dirut Pertamina Yenni Andayani dan mantan Direktur Gas Pertamina Hari Karyuliarto. Keduanya lantas ditahan oleh KPK pada 31 Juli 2025.
Pemeriksaan saksi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan KPK untuk menuntaskan penyidikan kasus pengadaan LNG Pertamina.
