Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap lima orang saksi di Polres Tulungagung, Jawa Timur, pada 16 Oktober 2025.
Pemeriksaan ini dilakukan atas permintaan dari tersangka Wawan Kristiawan (WK), seorang pihak swasta dari Tulungagung, yang terlibat dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan dana hibah di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun anggaran 2019–2022.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo,
mengonfirmasi bahwa saksi-saksi yang dipanggil adalah saksi-saksi untuk meringankan tersangka WK. “Ini memang lazim dilakukan, dan memang dibutuhkan juga untuk mendengarkan keterangan-keterangan dari para saksi tersebut,” ujar Budi di Jakarta, Jumat (17/10).

Kelima saksi yang diperiksa tersebut meliputi:
- AGS, pihak kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) Sekar Arum.
- HAD, pihak pokmas Margo Joyo.
- HAR, pihak pokmas Karanggayam Makmur.
- AR, pihak pokmas Maju Mapan.
- SUB, Kepala Desa Sidomulyo.
Langkah ini merupakan bagian dari penyidikan lanjutan kasus korupsi dana hibah Jatim.
Sebelumnya, KPK telah mengumumkan penetapan 21 tersangka baru pada 2 Oktober 2025, sebagai pengembangan dari operasi tangkap tangan pada Desember 2022 yang melibatkan Wakil Ketua DPRD Jatim 2019-2024, Sahat Tua Simanjuntak.
Total 21 tersangka yang ditetapkan dalam pengembangan perkara ini terdiri dari empat tersangka penerima suap, termasuk Ketua dan dua Wakil Ketua DPRD Jatim periode 2019-2024, serta 17 tersangka pemberi suap dari kalangan anggota DPRD Jatim, Wakil Ketua DPRD kabupaten, mantan Kepala Desa, dan sejumlah pihak swasta dari berbagai kabupaten di Jawa Timur, termasuk Wawan Kristiawan (WK).
Pengembangan penyidikan ini terus dilakukan untuk mengungkap secara tuntas dugaan korupsi dalam pengucuran dana hibah yang sementara ini teridentifikasi terjadi di sekitar delapan kabupaten di Jawa Timur.
