Bhatin Solapan, Riau – Jurnal Tipikor – Pemerintah Desa Air Kulim, Kecamatan Bhatin Solapan, pada hari Rabu, 15 Oktober 2025, telah sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (Musrenbang Desa).
Acara ini merupakan tahapan krusial dalam proses penyusunan Rancangan Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKP Desa) dan Daftar Usulan RKP (DU RKP) untuk tahun anggaran 2027.
Musrenbang Desa Air Kulim yang berlangsung di Balai Kantor Desa Air Kulim bertujuan utama untuk membahas dan menyepakati prioritas kegiatan pembangunan tahun 2026 serta merumuskan daftar usulan kegiatan pembangunan untuk DU RKP Desa tahun 2027 yang akan diajukan ke forum Musrenbang Kecamatan.
Acara dibuka secara resmi oleh Camat Bhatin Solapan, Bapak M. Rusydy, yang diwakili oleh Kasi PMD, Bapak Ramona Weka Denata, S.STP. Pembacaan doa disampaikan oleh Ustadz H. Herman, dan sambutan awal disampaikan oleh Ketua BPD, Bapak Suparno.
Musrenbang dihadiri oleh berbagai pihak penting, termasuk perwakilan Camat Bhatin Solapan, Bapak Ramona Weka Denata, S.STP, Pj. Kepala Desa Air Kulim, Ibu Suryati SOS M.S.I, serta perwakilan dari berbagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) seperti UPT Perikanan, UPT Pertanian, UPT Puskesmas, Dinas Pendidikan, UPT Dukcapil, UPT Perhubungan, dan UPT Bapenda.

Turut hadir pula Korcam serta unsur masyarakat desa seperti BPD, LPMD, tokoh masyarakat, Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau (LAMR), tokoh agama, kader desa, serta perwakilan kelompok perempuan dan pemuda.
Dalam paparannya, Pj. Kepala Desa Air Kulim, Ibu Suryati SOS M.S.I, memaparkan kemajuan 13 titik pengerjaan infrastruktur yang telah berjalan. Beliau kemudian memberikan kesempatan kepada perwakilan UPT untuk menyampaikan usulan-usulan program mereka demi sinergi pembangunan.
Diskusi dalam Musrenbang fokus pada pembahasan anggaran yang bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten Bengkalis tahun 2027, khususnya meliputi pembangunan infrastruktur desa dan pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Telah ditetapkan 10 prioritas kegiatan perencanaan pembangunan.
Para peserta, termasuk perwakilan UPT, secara aktif memberikan masukan dan usulan-usulan konstruktif terkait prioritas pembangunan yang diharapkan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga Desa Air Kulim.
Acara ditutup oleh Kasi PMD Kecamatan, Bapak Ramona Weka Denata S.STP, dan tokoh masyarakat sekaligus mantan Kepala Desa Air Kulim, Bapak Salim.
Pelaksanaan Musrenbang ini menegaskan komitmen bersama Pemerintah Desa dan seluruh elemen masyarakat Desa Air Kulim dalam mewujudkan perencanaan pembangunan yang partisipatif dan tepat sasaran.
