Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mendalami kasus dugaan pemerasan terkait pengurusan sertifikat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemenaker).
Dalam perkembangan terbaru, KPK telah memeriksa mantan Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (Binaswaker dan K3) Kemenaker, Haiyani Rumondang.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan bahwa pemeriksaan terhadap Haiyani Rumondang dilakukan pada Jumat (10/10) dalam kapasitasnya sebagai saksi.

Pemeriksaan tersebut berfokus pada dugaan penerimaan uang dari Perusahaan Jasa K3 (PJK3) serta proses penerbitan sertifikat K3.
“Penyidik mendalami pengetahuan saksi terkait penerimaan uang dari pihak PJK3. Selain itu, saksi diperiksa terkait proses penerbitan sertifikat K3,” ujar Budi saat dikonfirmasi Awak media dari Jakarta, Minggu (12/10).
Pada tanggal yang sama, KPK juga mendalami materi serupa kepada saksi lainnya, yakni Subkoordinator Penjaminan Mutu Lembaga K3 Kemenaker, Nila Pratiwi Ichsan.

Kasus ini mencuat setelah KPK pada 22 Agustus 2025 menetapkan Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Wamenaker) saat itu, Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG), bersama sepuluh orang lainnya sebagai tersangka.
Mereka diduga terlibat dalam kasus pemerasan terkait pengurusan sertifikat K3 di lingkungan Kemenaker.
Setelah penetapan sebagai tersangka, Immanuel Ebenezer dicopot dari jabatannya sebagai Wamenaker oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto, meskipun sempat mengharapkan amnesti.
Adapun sebelas tersangka yang telah ditetapkan pada saat terjadinya perkara adalah:

- Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra (GAH), Koordinator Bidang Pengujian dan Evaluasi Kompetensi Keselamatan Kerja Kemenaker tahun 2022-sekarang
- Subhan (SB), Subkoordinator Keselamatan Kerja Direktorat Bina K3 Kemenaker tahun 2020-2025
- Anitasari Kusumawati (AK), Subkoordinator Kemitraan dan Personel Kesehatan Kerja Kemenaker tahun 2020-2025
- Fahrurozi (FAH), Dirjen Pembinaan Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan (Binwasnaker) dan K3 Kemenaker pada Maret-Agustus 2025
- Hery Sutanto (HS), Direktur Bina Kelembagaan Kemenaker tahun 2021-Februari 2025
- Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP), Subkoordinator di Kemenaker
- Supriadi (SUP), Koordinator di Kemenaker
