BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung mengambil langkah strategis dengan mengintegrasikan tiga program unggulan yang telah berjalan: Kang Pisman (Kurangi Pisahkan Manfaatkan Sampah), Buruan Sae (Pekarangan yang Indah dan Sehat), dan Dapur Dahsat (Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting).
Integrasi program ini didorong oleh Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, untuk menciptakan solusi holistik atas berbagai tantangan di kota, mulai dari pengelolaan sampah, inflasi komoditas pangan, hingga isu stunting.
Inisiatif ini tercetus dalam rangkaian kegiatan Siskamling Siaga Bencana di Kota Bandung, yang pada edisi kesepuluh ini berlangsung di Kantor Kelurahan Wates.
Program Segitiga Jawab Persoalan
Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, menegaskan bahwa ketiga program ini harus berjalan beriringan di setiap Rukun Warga (RW) sebagai “program segitiga” Pemkot Bandung.
“Kang Pisman mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos, Buruan Sae memanfaatkan kompos itu untuk menanam sayuran dan pangan keluarga. Lalu, hasilnya dipakai di Dapur Dahsat untuk memberi makanan bergizi kepada anak-anak dan warga rentan.
Jadi ini harus terintegrasi di tiap RW,” ujar Farhan di Kantor Kelurahan Wates.
Farhan juga menekankan pentingnya semangat kolaborasi dan Gerakan Warga Jaga Warga, Warga Jaga Kota untuk menghadapi potensi dan tantangan wilayah.
Hal ini, menurutnya, krusial untuk melindungi kelompok rentan dan memastikan tidak ada warga yang terabaikan.
Sorotan Isu dan Potensi di Kelurahan Wates
Pada kesempatan Siskamling ini, Farhan bersama jajaran Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan DPRD Kota Bandung juga membahas isu spesifik di Kelurahan Wates.
Lurah Wates, Darmawansyah, memaparkan sejumlah tantangan utama yang dihadapi kelurahan tersebut, di antaranya:
- Banjir yang masih terjadi di RW 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7.
- Stunting dengan data tercatat sebanyak 38 anak.
- Pengangguran yang mencapai sekitar 391 orang, atau sekitar 5 persen dari total penduduk usia kerja.
- Isu kerawanan sosial, termasuk kasus narkoba, curanmor, dan kejahatan seksual anak.
Namun, Darmawansyah juga menyoroti potensi besar kelurahan, terutama kekuatan gotong royong dan tingginya partisipasi warga dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan seperti Posyandu, PKK, dan Karang Taruna.

Selain itu, Kelurahan Wates telah menjalankan dua program inovasi pelayanan publik yang telah bergulir lebih dari dua tahun: Ngawargi (Ngalayanan Wargi) dan Sila Bewara (Silaturahmi Lurah Bersama Warga), yang memungkinkan Lurah berkantor langsung di tujuh RW untuk menyerap informasi dan memantau kondisi lapangan secara real time.
