Kabupaten Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Bertempat Di Hotel Grand Pasundan Bandung, Dinas Perdagangan dan Industri (Disperdagin) Kabupaten Bandung menggelar acara Sosialisasi Pelaporan Peningkatan Penggunaan Produk Dalam Negeri (P3DN), Rabu (29/5/2024).
Tujuan diselenggarakannya acara tersebut Dalam rangka tata cara pelaporan P3DN serta meningkatkan penggunaan produk dalam negeri dan usaha mikro lainnya, kegiatan ini juga menjadi perwujudan dari misi ke-1 Pemkab Bandung, yaitu membangkitkan daya saing daerah.

Dalam sambutanya, Sekda Kabupaten Bandung menyampaikan, digelarnya acara ini bermaksud untuk mendorong pihak penyelenggara (pemkab Bandung) berkewajiban untuk melaksanakan belanja pengadaan Barjas, dengan aturan mengikuti P3DN sebanyak 40% dengan TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) sebesar 25%, ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Cakra mengatakan, Pemkab Bandung telah menerbitkan kebijakan diantaranya Instruksi Bupati Nomor 7 tahun 2022 tentang Peningkatan Penggunaan Produk dalam Negeri pada pengadaan Barang/Jasa (Barjas) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung.

Sedangkan Kepala Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bandung, Dicky Anugerah menyebutkan, realisasi capaian PDN Kabupaten Bandung pada tahun 2023 adalah sebesar 43,64 %, sedangkan tahun 2024 sampai bulan Mei realisasi PDN Kabupaten Bandung sudah mencapai 25,33 % dari komitmen PDN sebesar Rp.1.697.270.809.510 dan pelaksanaan sampai bulan Mei sudah mencapai sebesar Rp. 429.918.638.057, imbuhnya
