Martina Ayu, yang menjadi atlet pertama yang dipanggil untuk menerima bonus, tampil memukau dengan lima medali emas dan dua medali perak. Deretan medali tersebut diraihnya dari tiga cabang olahraga sekaligus: triathlon, duathlon, dan aquathlon.
Momen unik ini terjadi saat Martina berdiri di hadapan Presiden. Terkesan dengan banyaknya medali yang diraih, Presiden Prabowo, didampingi Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Erick Thohir, langsung menghitung koleksi medali Martina di depan para undangan. Prestasi Martina Ayu merupakan bagian dari kesuksesan besar kontingen Indonesia di SEA Games ke-33 Thailand. Tim Merah Putih berhasil menempati peringkat kedua klasemen akhir dengan total perolehan:

Pencapaian ini mencatatkan sejarah baru bagi olahraga nasional. Untuk pertama kalinya sejak tahun 1995, Indonesia mampu mengamankan posisi runner-up saat berlaga di luar negeri (bukan sebagai tuan rumah). Selain itu, raihan 91 emas tersebut melampaui target awal Kemenpora yang mematok 80 emas dan posisi tiga besar.
Simbol Bangsa yang Kuat
Dalam sambutannya, Presiden Prabowo Subianto menegaskan bahwa perjuangan para atlet di arena internasional adalah cerminan martabat sebuah bangsa. Beliau memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya atas pengorbanan para atlet yang telah mengharumkan nama Merah Putih.
“Para olahragawan yang dipilih untuk mewakili bangsanya memberi suatu simbol bahwa bangsa itu bangsa yang kuat. Karena itu, saya sangat terima kasih kepada saudara-saudara dan saya sangat bangga dengan saudara-saudara,” tegas Presiden Prabowo.
Momen Presiden menghitung medali Martina Ayu ini diharapkan menjadi suntikan semangat bagi generasi muda atlet Indonesia untuk terus berprestasi dan membuktikan kekuatan Indonesia di kancah dunia.
