GARUT, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Wakil Bupati Garut, Luthfianisa Putri Karlina, bersama suaminya, Maula Akbar, putra Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi, menyatakan kesiapan mereka untuk diperiksa oleh pihak kepolisian terkait insiden “Pesta Rakyat” yang menjadi bagian dari rangkaian acara pernikahan mereka di Pendopo Kabupaten Garut.
Insiden tersebut tragisnya menyebabkan tiga orang meninggal dunia.
Dalam konferensi pers yang digelar di rumah dinas Wakil Bupati Garut, Jalan Patriot, Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, pada Sabtu (19/7/2025), Luthfianisa Putri Karlina menegaskan komitmennya untuk kooperatif.
“Polisi akan memeriksa semuanya, bahkan kalau pun saya diperiksa, saya pasti harus diperiksa,” ujarnya.
Putri menyatakan telah mengetahui informasi mengenai kerumunan warga yang berujung pada insiden tragis di kawasan Pendopo Garut. Namun, terkait siapa yang bertanggung jawab penuh atas kejadian ini, ia menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada pihak kepolisian.
“Biarkan itu menjadi tugas kepolisian, karena bukan tugas kami untuk memutuskan siapa yang salah,” tambahnya.
Ia menegaskan bahwa musibah ini tak terduga dan tidak ada pihak yang menginginkannya. Putri dan suaminya siap bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala prosedur yang harus dijalani.

“Saya sepenuhnya menyerahkan kepada pihak yang berwenang yang berkewajiban, dan saya siap bertanggung jawab penuh, kalau ada prosedur-prosedur yang harus dijalani,” katanya.
Sebagai pemangku hajat, pasangan ini menyatakan siap bertanggung jawab, terutama terhadap para korban dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan. Langkah-langkah seperti mendatangi keluarga korban dan memberikan bantuan telah dilakukan.
Maula Akbar, suami dari Wakil Bupati Garut, juga menyampaikan duka cita mendalam kepada keluarga korban. Ia menegaskan kesiapan untuk mengikuti prosedur hukum yang sedang berjalan.
Informasi terakhir menyebutkan bahwa pihak wedding organizer sebagai panitia penyelenggara pernikahan telah menjalani pemeriksaan oleh Polres Garut, yang disaksikan langsung oleh Kapolda Jawa Barat.

Insiden tragis ini terjadi pada Jumat siang, saat rangkaian acara pernikahan Wakil Bupati Garut dan Maula Akbar diwarnai kericuhan akibat membludaknya warga saat agenda hiburan dan makan gratis di Pendopo dan Alun-Alun Garut.
Tiga korban meninggal dunia dalam insiden tersebut adalah Bripka Cecep Saeful Bahri (39) dari Polres Garut, Vania Aprilia (8), dan Dewi Jubaeda (61).AZI)
