JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini mengungkapkan bahwa di antara 13 orang yang dicegah bepergian ke luar negeri terkait kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan mesin electronic data capture (EDC) di bank pemerintah pada tahun 2020–2024, terdapat pihak dari bank pelat merah.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menyatakan bahwa salah satu pihak yang terkait berasal dari PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) atau BRI, di samping pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Pernyataan ini disampaikan Budi di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, pada Selasa (1/7/2025).
Budi Prasetyo menambahkan bahwa identitas lengkap dari 13 orang yang dicekal akan diumumkan pada kesempatan berikutnya. KPK juga akan segera menyampaikan kepada publik mengenai pihak-pihak yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus pengadaan mesin EDC ini.
Pencegahan ke luar negeri ini dilakukan karena keterangan dari 13 orang tersebut sangat dibutuhkan oleh KPK dalam proses penyidikan. Diharapkan, belasan orang yang dicegah ini dapat bersikap kooperatif selama proses hukum berlangsung.
Sebelumnya, KPK telah mengonfirmasi penggeledahan dua lokasi pada 26 Juni 2025 untuk mengusut kasus ini, yaitu Kantor BRI Pusat di Jalan Sudirman dan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta. Pada tanggal yang sama, KPK secara resmi memulai penyidikan baru terkait dugaan korupsi pengadaan mesin EDC tersebut.
Pada 26 Juni 2025, KPK juga telah memeriksa seorang saksi penting, yakni mantan Wakil Direktur Utama BRI, Catur Budi Harto.

Informasi terbaru dari KPK pada 30 Juni 2025 menyebutkan bahwa nilai proyek pengadaan mesin EDC ini mencapai Rp2,1 triliun. Sementara itu, kerugian keuangan negara yang diestimasi KPK untuk sementara mencapai Rp700 miliar, atau sekitar 30 persen dari total nilai proyek pengadaan tersebut.
KPK berkomitmen untuk menuntaskan kasus ini secara transparan dan akuntabel guna memberantas korupsi di Indonesia.
