Film Vina: Sebelum 7 Hari kini sedang jadi sorotan di media sosial. Selain belum tertangkapnya 3 DPO pembunuh korban, saat ini muncul narasi yang ikut mempertanyakan proses penyidikan yang dilakukan kepolisian.
Sebagaimana diketahui, ketiga DPO kasus pembunuhan Vina adalah Andi, Dani, dan Pegi alias Perong. Salah satu narasi yang beredar di medsos yaitu polisi disebut ikut andil menyembunyikan salah satu DPO tersebut lantaran berstatus anak dari anggota Polri.
Narasi itu kemudian ditepis Polda Jabar. Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Jules Abraham Abast menegaskan, anak dari anggota polisi justru adalah Rizky atau Eky yang menjadi korban pembunuh bersama Vina.
“Jadi perlu saya sampaikan, hasil pemeriksaan maupun fakta di persidangan yang sesungguhnya bahwa salah satu korban yang merupakan pacar atau rekan dari saudari Vina yaitu saudara Eki adalah anak dari anggota kami, anggota kepolisian,” katanya, Selasa (14/5/2024).
“Artinya, justru salah satu korban adalah anak dari anggota kepolisian, bukan pelaku ya, bukan pelaku. Jadi 3 orang yang berstatus DPO belum ada keterangan baik di pemeriksaan maupun fakta di persidangan yang menyebutkan adalah pelakunya dari anak anggota kepolisian, itu yang perlu kami tegaskan,” tambahnya.
Hanya memang, penyidik menemui kendala karena belum menemukan identitas asli dari ketiga DPO tersebut. Dari proses pemeriksaan hingga fakta di persidangan, identitas ketiga DPO itu hanya disebutkan bernama Andi, Dani dan Pegi alias Perong.
“Apakah itu nama asli atau nama samaran, ini masih kami telusuri. Jadi kami berharap kalau ada berita yg mengaitkan mengatakan bahwa identitas yang bersangkutan sudah diketahui, bahkan disembunyikan polisi, itu tidak benar. Karena sesungguhnya, korban adalah anak dari anggota polisi, bukan pelakunya,” pungkasnya.

Dalam peristiwa memilukan ini, Vina tidak sendiri. Ia mengalami kejadian tragis tersebut bersama satu korban lainnya bernama Rizky atau Eky. Keduanya tewas setelah dianiaya secara keji oleh kawanan geng motor.
Harapan supaya tiga pelaku lain yang masih buron supaya segera ditangkap diutarakan keluarga Vina. Kakak Vina, Marliyana (33) meminta agar polisi bisa mengusut kasus yang belum sepenuhnya tuntas itu. Marliyana berharap para pelaku yang hingga kini masih berkeliaran dapat segera ditangkap dan diadili.
“Masih ada tiga (pelaku) yang belum ditangkap,” kata Marliyana di Kota Cirebon, Minggu (12/5/2024).
