Pasca Perang Ukraina vs Rusia, Orang Kaya kedua Negara eksodus ke Pulau Bali
JAKARTA, Jurnal Tipikor.com | Perang mendorong orang-orang kaya Rusia dan Ukraina eksodus ke mancanegara. Dan Bali merupakan salah satu lokasi favorit yang diincar sebagai tempat tinggal.
Presiden Direktur Xavier Marks Indonesia Daniel Sunyoto mengungkapkan, pasca-perang banyak orang kaya Rusia dan Ukraina melakukan transaksi rumah tapak dengan konsep vila di Bali.
“Mereka menyewa untuk jangka waktu lama hingga sepuluh tahun dengan nilai transaksi Rp 600 juta per tahun,” ujar Daniel menjawab pertanyaan Kompas.com, usai media gathering Xmart di Gedung jaya, Jakarta, Kamis (24/8/2023).

Menurut Daniel, tren pembelian/penyewaan properti di Bali terus meningkat oleh kedua kewarganegaraan tersebut sejak 2020.
Tak hanya untuk properti vila dengan klasifikasi mewah, melainkan juga vila dengan harga sewa mulai dari 2.000-3.000 dolar AS per bulan atau Rp 30,5 juta-Rp 45,7 juta.
Selain Rusia dan Ukraina, Bali juga diincar oleh investor Korea Selatan, dan China. Hal ini menandakan bahwa perekonomian Indonesia sudah mulai pulih.
“Mereka melakukan ekspansi bisnis, selain leisure tentu saja,” imbuh Daniel.

Bali juga sangat populer di mata pasar lokal. Destinasi wisata nomor satu dunia ini menjadi “rumah utama” bagi orang-orang Jakarta yang bekerja secara remote, sekaligus memperluas jangkauan bisnisnya.
Selain Bali, pasar lokal juga menjadikan BSD City dan Bandung sebagai lokasi favorit dengan motif personal sebagai tempat tinggal permanen.
Tren ini terjadi sejak Pandemi Covid-19 melanda Indonesia tahun 2020, dan akan terus berlanjut mengikuti dinamika perubahan preferensi pasar.
